I bought orient electric cooler on 16th sept 2017 and was given a defective piece the cooler water pump is not working so instead of getting cooling like a cooler getting cooling like a simple fan.. I don't understand how could the dealer sell a defective piece to a customer and also what about the quality check done by the company... The service is also very bad they came today and said the part needs to be replaced and will be available by saturday 23rd sept 2017.. The company should take some strict measures and not compromise on the quality of its products.. I would like to get the product replaced with a new one which is in a working condition...
