This is to bring in your Kind notice that I highly disatisfied with your services and team,
Your service is so pathetic that I dont have even words to describe verbly
Keeping my concern I want to highlight my Complaint, I have purchaed Orient Tornado Grand Cooler previous year on 12 June 2020,
This year I have lodged the complaint against the same due to non operational of its pump and I have lodged more than 10 complaints nos are W[protected], W[protected] etc, But they all have been cancelled automatically without giving me any intimation by your Team,
After calling your Team several time I have been providee no. of your one technician whom I have called more than called 20 times to fix up my issue but he has not responded,
After several calls today he come to place and asked for Rs.400 first then to provide assitance, but I have told him that my product is in warranty but he hasnt listen to me and given me very abusive and vulgar answers and said me that you kind of people dont have money to give
Moreover he also misbehaved with my father when he tried to raise his concern, The technician has called his supervisor naming Mr. Sumit who has spoke to me and he was too very abusive to me regarding my concern
My product is in warranty and I am not geeting assistance from your team from last 3 months
I am highly disatisfied with the serives of orient team,
I request you to go through my concern otherwise I have to knock door of Consumee forum as I m feeling worst with the service of Orient Electric
