We have purchased orient fan just 8 days and it is not working since 5 days. we have lodged the complaint of non working of fan on 16-08-16 on customer helpline no. I regret to say that no complaint has been attended till now. We have done several calls to customer care for lodging the complaint and person used to say it will be attended within one day.
