I purchased one Aero Slim and one Spectra Copper on 6th June 2019 and called on [protected] of Orient Service Center on 7th June 2019 for installation. one mechanic, namely Ramakrishna contacted me on 8th June and fixed a time on 10th June. However, no person visited my house for installation on 10th June on appointed time, nor did the person pick up the phone.
