I had one geyser which invoice copy is attached in this mail. The geyser found unworkable from last month. And your service engineer came and uninstall the geyser. From last one month he did not replace/repair anything or not even returned my geyser. Now he is demanding service change in advance.
Is this type of service you served to your costumer.?
Is he miss use our product or sell anywhere?
Why he is now asking to talk with company after he took my geyser since last month?
