Orient Electric India — Unsatisfactory performance of newly installed electric.geyser

We are 4 family members. I hv purchased 25 ltr. ele. geyser on 28/03/2021 which was installed later on in April 2021.
We are starting it 25/30 minutes before using it for bath. However dispensed water is not so hot up to the mark and hence we are all disappointed, having purchased Orient Geyser for our family.
Earlier call was logged for the same and one Co.person visited our home, done something there and disappeared within 10 minutes.
Today I once again registered complaint bearing No. C [protected].
I request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem once for all.
