Its unfortunate to write this mail for a Product Replacement. But I lost my patience with back to back calls with Orient customer care and raising compliant to 'check '_heater' is not working!!
I purchased couple of 3ltr Water heater on Jan 2021 and within 6 months heater coils are damaged and technician replaced the parts. After replacement again it got damaged and some other spare within the heater was replaced. And its happening ongoingly which is not a right sign of product quality. Even today (05/2/2022) I raised a call :C[protected] and technician did a minor repair on heater.
I made more than 6+ calls to Orient customer care please check my all complaints raised through Mobile number: +91 [protected].
Eventually I request you to arrange a product replacement since its not working good and at any point in time it will go to 'dead-condition' that's a message from a technician who checked recently.
