Address: Rotary public school , sector 23, gurgaon

I have my locker with rotary public school OBC BANK gurgaon branch. Today i went to bank to operate my locker. But they refused to let it operate by saying that its lockdown. They can't allow me to operate locker. they said its government guideline. They are not allowed to do anything except rtgs and cash transaction. I asked them it is very necessary. But they refused.

Its my locker. Why can't i operate in need when bank is open and its proper bank timings.

      My name is uma bundel and I had ordered a product of Rs. 1899 MEDITIVE facial steamer for skin care, cough and cold in Amazon on 07 may 2021 and I cancelled this order due to personal reason and on 07 may 2021 amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money .Amazon sent this reference number 74332741128112790986619 and told me to fill charge dispute form but oriental national bank doesn't have such policy do please kindly respond to this complaint.its very urgent . my card number is [protected]

                Please be informed that I had submitted the amount of 10000 from ATM deposit machine on 15 Mach 2021. From branch choti sabji mandi Janakpuri. But that amount is not reflecting in my account. Although I had submitted the written complaint on the bank also but still it’s not reflecting in my account.

                      And my Railway pension PPO number is[protected], but all of a sudden my March 2021 pension not credited in my bank account, for the same I spoke to Indian Railways concerne team but they have assured that the payment already transferred from their end, so I have visited nearby (Singur)branch but yet to receive any amount, even it's became very embarrassing to ask any branch person about the same as they also not having any proper idea, and behavior is also not good. Now after visiting end number of times I am requesting to you to check the status and help.

                                  I have ordered eston combo of 4 soft toys 27March, 2021. but I have cancelled my order.
                                  Amazon initiated the refund on 30March, 2021and it was expected to come on 3-march 2021.
                                  Amazon gave me the refund reference no. But the OBC bank has still not credited my money.
