Sir, 28 jun 21 i visited branch of obc bareilly and submitted application for transfer of account from there to nanakmatta branch, they told me tomorrow this will be done. But till 02 july 21 my account was not transfered. I can not go again and again there, because from my home town to this branch is 120 km away.

This is to inform you that I have a saving A/c in OBC bank Rohini sector-8 Delhi-110085 since last 15 years, As we all know OBC bank merged in Punjab National Bank and I have still old existing OBC bank passbook.
Since last 2 months I am trying to chase my obc bank home branch from last 2 months but still not getting New passbook of PNB and nobody in my home branch Rohini help me out.

Total amount of Rs. 9000/- deducted from my account but the amount have not refund till today i.e.[protected]. So I humble request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible. I have my locker with rotary public school OBC BANK gurgaon branch. Today i went to bank to operate my locker. But they refused to let it operate by saying that its lockdown. They can't allow me to operate locker. they said its government guideline. They are not allowed to do anything except rtgs and cash transaction. I asked them it is very necessary. But they refused.

Its my locker. Why can't i operate in need when bank is open and its proper bank timings.
