Obc bank ATM — My ATM IS BLOCKED

Dear sir
i have saving A/C in OBC branch Kot Ise Khan and my A/C No. is [protected] .i have applied since long for ATM card activation but till today my card is not activated .and is blocked in ATM machine...how can i get that back? i will get a salary through my atm card. so, please immediately activate my atm card. please activate my card soon and reply soon...

These people are unbelievable ... Heights of ignorance.All the people complaining about their lost card have lost it because they are not only extremely dumb and ignorant but they managed to think and use their dumb brains to post their personal details with bank account numbers on the internet so that even more potential thieves can scam them. Jerks... no wonder they are banking with one of the worst and dumbest Indian Bank OBC (I wont be shocked if the actual full name is "Office of Brainless Creatures"). I simply couldnt help commenting because they are using a PC and internet to do so.

    I am having two Airtel connections in my name no. [protected] & [protected] under prepaid scheme. The no. [protected] is not used since June2009 while the Advance Payment for the same was made in April2009 for 2 years. Now payment for [protected] is called in billon 22/12/2009 where in Rs999 + Tax for advance rental for 2 years included. I request you to discontinue this no. as I have use the [protected] which is valid up to April2011 & take payment of Rs112.93 (usage up to 19/12/2009) plus usage up to date & advance rental from 11/12/2009 to 11/1/2010 for one month & not Rs999 + Tax. The reason I explained is very simple as I had paid advance rental for [protected] up to April2011 but not using (No Bill since June2009) then why to pay for [protected] which is again double payment & foolishness. Privilege in [protected] is Free 50 SMS per month & Rs0.50 per call (local).
    I have one more no. [protected] in the name of Smt Renu Sardana(my wife).
    Keeping in view the long association of my family with your co. & need based requirement. I hope you will consider my request & response me immediately how much to pay for [protected] if discontinue.

        This is to inform that I, Abha Sharda, am having a Savings (Salary) Account in Lovely Professional University branch, Phagwara(Punjab). On 11th December, 2009 i swiped my OBC ATM Card at State Bank of Patiala ATM ( Aman Nagar, Near KMV College, Jalandhar) for withdrawl of money. I made 3 attempts but cash is not released out of ATM and showed 'Sorry Unable to Process'. Next day i went to bank to check my account balance then i found that the amount got deducted and cash was not dispersed. I am having the ATM customer advice for all transactions as proof.         PNB/ ATM withdrawl — non dispersal of cash withdrawn from ATM

        Dear Concerned,

        This is to inform that I, Abha Sharda, am having a Savings Account in SSI branch, Sodal Road, Jalandhar (Punjab). On 12th October, 2009 i swiped my PNB ATM Card at HDFC Bank ATM (Tanda Road, Near Mai Hiran Gate, Jalandhar) for withdrawl of money, it deducted Rs 1,500/- but cash is not released out of ATM and showed 'transaction timed out'. Kindly look into the matter.

          Dear Sir,

          My name is Vineet Shukla, I am living in Pune I have the account in Oriental Bank of Commerce the account no is [protected] in Gonda (U.P.). I was Deposit the
          Rs:-8000 Cheque (No. 800671 ABN AMRO BANK New Delhi) on Tuesday (01/12/09) in Oriental Bank of Commerce in Greater Noida (U.P.) Branch. I was told to officer sir these cheque is local (ABN AMRO BANK N.V. New Delhi) please register in your computer, they told the cheque dropped in the dropped box when the Cheque (No. 800671) is local or outstation. I was dropped the Cheque (No. 800671) on Tuesday afternoon at 01:30 pm local Cheque at present the Cheques was not cashed to my account at the date 07/12/09on Monday evening. I called to customer care of OBC bank they told me the rules of RBI is if we submitted the local Cheque, it will be cleared with in 24 hour and he told me in OBC we take three to four days for clearance and Wednesday the was not doing this Cheque.

          I am requested to u sir Please do something against this I am facing very much problems for this. Please take actions ASAP. Do the needful

            Dear sir, I have my A/C in OBC bank ( Gill road Ludhiana) since last 3 years. My passbook was lost and in response to that i wrote a letter to the manager of OBC bank. When i went there to get the new pass book after submitting the form the manager replied that i have prepared your passbook but i would not issue to you unless and until you submit the address proof.
            My A/C is in the bank for last 3 years and when the A/C was opened i submitted all the documnets which led to the opening of my A/C. in between these 3 years i have submitted the documents many times, Still i am facing the problem and they are forcing me again and again. this is really harrashment of the consumer who is availing the service of the bank fro 3 years.
            Pease help me out...!

              I have applied for the netbanking userid/pwd in april 2009 ,the officer asked me to wait for the login ID which will be dispatched to my house and then visit the bank along with that user-id to get my password.SO that i waited for more than 2 months and then when i met that officer again he replied me that" i forgot to forward your application, Today i'll do that.You wait for another one month" (what a crap man)...

              Till now i am waiting for that userid and pwd.

              Everywhere in the branch you can see the posters saying" Customers are god" blah blah" but i think they don't give a damn to their customers.Customers are .

              After getting frustrated i lodged an online complaint and i got the reference no. WS5229/2009-10 for my complaint bu when i tracked this number on https://www.obcindia.co.in/obcnew/site/complain_status.aspx there is no results were shown.

              My account is in Sector-7,faridabad,haryana Branch.

              If someone from OBC network is reading this please do something.

                oriental bank of commerce, branch- dunlop, kolkata, west bengal inspite of the fact that our institue(international school of business & media) is registered in their website refused to provide me loan saying that my house is not under their location of work.Sodpur is just 4 km away(15 mins by auto) from dunlop & they said they cannot go for verification as they are short of officials who conducts verification & hence cannot provide me with education loan.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Please refer the subject matter. I am a new customer of the subject agency, have tranfered my a/c from N. Delhi to here. My cust no. 17138.So far I could unable to talk to the office of the subject agency. Phone, either keeps on ringing or engaged but nobody picks up the call. Agency have given me three nos, I have tried all of those numbers but without success. Actually I had to ask the agency at what time(tentatively) supplier will come to my residence for delivery of cylinder so that I may be available in the residence. For booking also I had to go there office from all the way from bomikhal, my residense to Kharvelnagar. In the light of such a poor service I would like to request you to do the needful for improvement of their service.

                I have applied for the probationary officers examination to be conducted on 13 December by you bank. But as a bolt out of the blue, I came to know that there has been an overlap in the examination of your bank and that of the one conducted by IDBI bank. This will not only make inconvenience for the candidates but also leads to situation where the bank to lose potential candidates. Myself as a MBA fresher is looking for a career in the banking sector and hence applied for both without noticing the dates. Think it would do some good if the management looks into this issue and takes immediate action through negotiation with IDBI Bank on this.

                Recently I found that the exam dates of the IDBI bank and your bank clashes on the sam e date as on[protected]. Earlier IDBI's date was on[protected] and now found that they have revised to[protected]. This situation is really heart breaking. We have spent a worhty cash amount for each exams and we could not write the exam, and which i snot in our hand.
                I am candidate from kerala and these venues are one in Chennai and other in Banglore, which are still pouring oil into fire.

                So please look into this matter and are awaitng a favorable reply from your side.

                  Sub : Request to reverse the interest entries towards charging of interest wrongly based on flexible rate instead of fixed rate of interest as per the agreed terms.

                  Ref : HOUSING LOAN A/C NO.[protected] LN-19900;
                  Sanction & repayment of Loan towards my building at 823 Block-P New Alipore, Kol – 53.

                  With above reference & further to my earlier letters dt.3.5.07 & 29.4.08, which remains unresponded till date, please note that the total loan amount sanction to be Rs.15 lacs (Fifteen lacs) against repayment by 60 (sixty) equal instalments of Rs.30000/- (Thirty thousand) each i.e. total Rs.18 lacs (Eighteen lacs) to be repaid including PRINCIPAL + INTEREST applying fixed rate of interest @ 7.5% (Seven & half percent) & same is clearly indicated in the agreement. Further a copy of the agreement letter is being enclosed for your ready reference.

                  However from the current a/c statement recd at our we find that an excess amount of Rs.51037/- has been charged to us as detailed hereunder :-

                  Total amount to be repaid as per agreement : Rs.18,00,000/- (Principal + Interest)

                  Amount paid by us till date : Rs.17,46,949/-

                  Balance outstanding amount : Rs. 53,051/-

                  Balance outstanding amount as shown in your statement : Rs. 1,04,088/-
                  i.e. Rs.51,037/- excess charged till date

                  You are once again requested to re-check the entire calculation & the a/c statement till date & credit my a/c for the excess amount of Rs.51,037/- charged till now.

                  Further I propose to the square-off & settle the loan a/c by making an advance payment of balance outstanding amount of Rs.53,051/- immediately & request you to send a written advice to me in this regard & the amount to be paid max within 24 working hours from the receipt date of your advice at my end.

                  Please note that in this regard I am regularly discussing / reminding the matter to you for past more than one & half years but till date you have not taken any action nor you are denying action as a result of which matter is being delayed indefinitely & deliberately which we never expected from a bank of your repute.

                  Your urgent action in this regard is once again requested & please treat the matter as extreme urgent.

                    sir, my account is with obc bank from two years and a atm card was issued to me after 8 months at that time i dint recieved the pin code for atleast 2 months then the bank re issued the pin to me but it was also not working since then its about two years when i go to the bank they use to tell me to reapply for the card again and again i am fed up of all that sir please help me to get the atm card ,i will be very thankfull to u,,

                    DEAR SIR ON 7/10/11 I tried to withdraw Rs5000/ from state bank of Bikaner and jaipur in kota with ATM ID-S10G[protected] time 8:30pm,and it was debited from my account but I did not received the money. On 8/10/11 I informed oriental bank of commerce, aerodrome road kota.They told me this amount is going to be credited within a week, but up till now nothing happened.

                      on 09/11/09 at about 4 PM from the ATM of DALHOUSIE ROAD,PATHANKOT,DIST.GURDASPUR, i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2500.00 from my atm issued by SBI at Kakira branch( acc no.- [protected])., but the screen after demanding my PIN got blank and then no money was dispensed, even no txn reciept came out and the welcome screen came again. Thinking that ATM is faulty i got back to my place at Bakloh. There on checking my acc from atm i found that money was debited. I have lodged the complaint in the SBI at Kakira, but don't know why this happened and i'm under depression as that amount is quite healthy as per my immediate needs
                      The bank manager to whom i complained has asked me to wait for a few days but don't know, how much i wait. Will i get my money back, on asking this, his reply was may be.......

                        Sir,

                        I have a savings bank account with your bank (Oriental Bank of Commerce New Alipore Branch, Kolkata). I have issued a cheque favouring to my stock broker (a/c payee chq no. 471867) but it was returned dishownered. According to bank it was dishownerd due to signature mismatch although it was same as far as i am conern. Due to this i have to suffer for dishowner charges and have to feel sorry in front of my Stock broker. According to bank officials the can't do any thing as it is controled by senior authority. As i am not at fault in this please revoke the bank charges and oblige.

                        Please look into the matter and do the needful and oblige.

                                i presented my cheque no. 448404 of my CBS cheque book against a/c no. [protected] at OBC Naraingarh Distt. Ambala at 10:05 a.m.on 7th July 2009 where the entire staff of bank was not present at that time. Due to which my cheque could not clear till 10:30 a.m. Therefore i approached to the Branch Head and told him about the grievences and he replied " Itni Jaldi Hai to Kissi Aaur Bank me Khata khol lo, Yahan to Kaam Aisa Hi Hoga", When i said that i will complaint against it then he said that you are not the first person to complain there is a long list pending against us and also said "Kuch nahi bigadta".Please take some strict and examplary action againstyour these kind of employees .

                                  Dear SIr
                                  I Mr Kuntal Paramanik, account holder of your bank, A/C no.- [protected], had gone to withdraw 10000/- from my account on 2/5/09, from SBI ATM-Burdwan Station. But the machine showed "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" TXN NO.- 3259 and I did not recieve the cash. Thereafter I withdrawed 5000/- from my account TXN No.- 3260 wherein I recieved the amount 5000/- from the SBI ATM only. But my account balance showed that a total deduction of 15000/- had occured where I did not recieve the 10000/- amount which I had tried to withdraw just before the transaction of TXN no. - 3260 @ 5000/-.

                                  Then I checked my statement of accounts from the Oriental Bank ATM, where it was showing that the 10000/- amount which I had not recieved has been deducted from my account balance.
                                  Now I want my Money @ 10000/- back in my account which has been wrongly deducted from SBI ATM. I have submitted all the photocopies of the necessary documents of the statements of transactions to the Branch Manager, including the reciept of TXN No.-3259 where the wrong deduction had happened in the Orinetal Bank - Burdwan Branch on 4/5/09. But still now the bank people have neither co-operated me in any way nor have I got back my money. I am feeling very insecured about the money I have kept in my account of your bank. I have waited for for 45 days but nothing has been done from your en. If I dont get back my money by the next 15 days I will be bound to go to RBI and Consumer Forum for help.

                                  I will be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter and do the needful from your end so that I get back my money as soon as possible.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My name is Imran Chishti and I am working as Key Account Manager in SBI Life Insurance Co.Ltd, Corporate Office, Mumbai.I have booked a Villa at firozabad in a project
                                    By SNG developers.
                                    I have paid approx Rs 2 lacs as booking amount after confirmation from Firozabad OBC branch
                                    About the project and surety that my home loan can be done from there.The total cost of Villa is about Rs 18 lacs and I have just asked for Rs 10 lacs loan.
                                    Now, when all my documents I gave to Firozabad branch, The branch is not ready to give me loan stating that since I do not stay at firozabad, the loan has to done by Mumbai Mira Road branch Where I stay.
                                    I was given a circular by Mira road branch, No : HO:RDRPSCD:69:2008-09:342, (where I hold a savings account as well), According to Circular “If property is not at a manageable distance, then loan is to be processed by Branch where property is situated”.However, even these clear lines are creating confusion For loan officer, Mr Dwivedi, at firozabad branch..Although Branch Manager Mr Gupta is trying to convince Mr Dwivedi that loan has to be given by them, he is still not ready to listen to anyone.On top of it, he is supported by another Loan officer at RO who interpret the circular in same manner.
                                    I have been put to a mental pressure for last 3 months and still nothing is cleared.My intial amount of Rs 2 lacs would be lost if loan is not processed.
                                    As my last resort I have no choice, but to write to you in person and seek your advice and help.
                                    This is a professional confusion and I am stuck between 2 branches interpreting a circular in 2 different versions.More than my Rs 2 lacs, the feelings which we booked the amount are important.Firozabad is my home town and this Villa holds lot of values for my family who despite living in Mumbai wants to be associated with their origin place.
                                    Sir, I request you to kindly intervene and help me as a customer.I hope that I would surely get a
                                    Positive reply from your end.

                                    SNG Developers is a fraud company... Please ask to return money...They book flat then change it's layout and deliver something different. They don't even pay salary to their employees. They have made habit to cheat everyone..

                                      dear sir,
                                      i am a saving bank account holder no.[protected] in jaito branch of state punjab
                                      i submit a draft of rs 29094 in obc bank jaito (punjab) branch on dated 02/04/2009 for clearing. Jaito branch dispatch the same draft to obc bathinda branch for clearing, but bathinda branch misplace the same dd. now jaito branch not credit the money and not give any proper answer regarding this issue.I give a complaint regarding this to reginol maneger, but after two month i receive no respose from bank authority and not credit my account. please help me in early.

                                      My name is Tarun kumar and have a a/c at OBC bank kharkhoda branch sonepat haryana, on 4 april, 2009 i used SBI atm for withdrawal the money from my OBC atm . after processing atm shown unable to process but my a/c debited to 3000 rs. and i have fill up the charge back form and also do online complaint for it.

                                        i have saving bank account no .[protected] at oriental bank of commerce, purani kotwali branch. patiala, on 04.04.09 i tried to withdraw rs. 5000 from sbop, arvindo school branch, patiala. but transaction failed with error 'the transction can not be completed' when i used another nearby ATM of OBC bank i was surprised to see that amount rs. 5000 have been debited from my account,

                                        I contacted my bank on 06.04.09 due to saturday & sunday on dt. 04.04.09 @ 05.04.09, bank filed my comlent on dt. 09.04.09 vide comlent no. 5789, to ATM complent centre. but still amount not credited to my account till dt. 22.04.09

                                        it is requested to kindly takeup the matter with oriental bank of commerce and get my amount Rs. 5000 recovered

                                        Sub: Refund of Rs. 5, 000.00 debited from ATM Card No.- [protected], Saving A/C No.- [protected] against declined transaction from ICICI Bank ATM.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have my salary cum saving account no.- [protected] / old no.- 60046 in OBC, Mataur, Daurala, Distt-Meerut, UP. It is to bring to you kind notice that I have tried to withdrawal Rs. 5, 000.00 through my above ATM card from ICICI Bank, Pallavpuram Branch ATM (ATM ID- S1CW4831) on yesterday 07.06.2009 at 10:42 Hrs., but despite of balance in my account, No Payment was made by ATM & only transaction declined slip with response code 072 was issued).
                                        I, again checked the mini statement from OBC Bank (Lokpriya Hospital ATM ID- NA522701) at 10:58 Hrs, but surprisingly the above amount of Rs. 5, 000.00 was shown as debited from my account in statement. I immediately contacted customer care no.- [protected] to lodge the above complaint, where executive Sh. Sikander refused to lodge such type of complaint & directed to lodge above complaint in respective account Branch only. I have even contacted the concerned OBC, branch Manage rbut they have also refused to receive complaint letter.

                                        It is therefore requested to do need full & immediately refund erroneous deducted amount of Rs. 5, 000.00 & credit in my above saving account.
                                        I shall be very much thankful to you.
