Sir,

I have a savings bank account with your bank (Oriental Bank of Commerce New Alipore Branch, Kolkata). I have issued a cheque favouring to my stock broker (a/c payee chq no. 471867) but it was returned dishownered. According to bank it was dishownerd due to signature mismatch although it was same as far as i am conern. i have saving bank account no .[protected] at oriental bank of commerce, purani kotwali branch. patiala, on 04.04.09 i tried to withdraw rs. 5000 from sbop, arvindo school branch, patiala. but transaction failed with error 'the transction can not be completed' when i used another nearby ATM of OBC bank i was surprised to see that amount rs. 5000 have been debited from my account,

I contacted my bank on 06.04.09...
