Oriental Bank Of Commerce — deduction of extra money

I have done transaction on Myntra app of rs 574 but it got failed then I checked my account balance money was deducted 4 times 4*574, I received refund of only 574rs . I have done transaction only one time and also OTP was received one time. I am very disappointed with this. Please resolve my issue asap and refund my money.as this is totally bank mistake because I have tried the transaction only once . And please return my money of rs 1722

Sir, i anita mishra having s b a/c [protected] is running obc bank in burari, delhi - 110 084. Today i.E.[protected] my accounts debited rs. 1500.00 against above reg.

So please i request you to please explain the reason of withdraw the money.
