Hi, I am facing an issue with two refunds that were initiated by AMAZON INDIA on 13th January 2021 to my OBC Bank account. The account details are as follows: A/c no.: [protected] A/c Holder: Susmita Mondal The reference code for these refunds is 74332741013101200320681 I had a talk with the customer care of OBC Bank and they didn't prove to be much helpful.
