Complaint detail: i made a imps transfer of rs.50000 on 19th april 2018. The amount got deducted from my ibc account but status of imps transaction is showing as suspect. The amount didn't get transferred to the sbi accoun. Pl help with reversal and credit to my obc account.

I lodged online web complaint and also visited the obc branch and submitted the chargeback form. Visited the bank multiple times but it's of no use till now please help in this regard.
