Dear sir, mam. Hamara obc bank mein 10 saal se account hai current and saving. Ajj tak kabhi problem nai aayi. Lekin jab se mr jasvinder change hoke gaye and manager sir change hue. Ab new manager and kulvinder kaur mam. Aaye hain. Tab se har customer se misbehave ho raha hai. Kaam apni mrji se krte hain. Phone par baat karte rehte hain. Rtgs time par nai hot.4 vaje ke baad bani rtgs ko nefts bana kar dobara kiya jata hai. Agar pass khade hokar rtgs time se pehle karbate hain. Toh rakh kar jane ko bola jata hai. Pls aap camera chk karva sakte ho bank ka. Roz jhagda hota hai madam ka customer se. Pls change kulvinder kaur. Ja koi action liya jaye.
