[Resolved]  Oriental Bank Of Commerce — Refund pending agst online payment failed

Dear sir,

I have a sb account with your branch vide account no. [protected] in favour of sudipta mandal.
On 3rd august 2020 i have sent a online payment rs.1214/- to amazon but the payment has been failed and amount deducted from my above sb account and till date the payment is not received back to my account.
Now you are requested to check the same and do the needful at the earliest.

Still I didn't received any feedback from any where neither I got my payment back.
Oriental Bank Of Commerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Here you are showing resolved the above issue but I didn't received my money back in my account till now nor no body explained any reason that I can't receive my money back.
So what is the purpose of mentioned here resolved.
