Oriental Bank Of Commerce — still now no action taken regarding cash deposit failed on 18.03.2020 | |||
I am mr somnath sarkhel the savings bank account holder of lake gardens branch kolkata since last eight years. On 18.03.2020 around 6:25 pm i make a cash deposit of rs.13, 500.00 details is (Rs.2000x3nos+rs.500x15nos) on garia station road obc is atm. After putting all cash to this atm machine it was closed & all moneys are putted in the machine, after some time a massage shown request timed out & the link of atm server was gone. I am trying to open the machine but it was not done. On 6:28pm i putted my indusind bank atm card for get some money & also it was not done a slip came out for balance enquiry. On 19.03.2020 around 10:00 am i go to the obcs garia station road branch for getting some complain about my previous transaction but manager of this branch staraightly refuse me & dont cooperate with me for getting some complain regarding my matter. I am feeling very helpless. Then i go to my branch (Lake gardens) & filled up a chargeback form by my side. On 25.03.2020 i make some emails to obc lake gardens branch rgarding my previous transaction on 18.03.2020. From that day to till now no money is came to my account. So i do requst you that please take necessary action regarding my complain & if possible then please take some action against garia station road branch manager for disapoining me about all the matters. I also request you that if possible then please take some cctv footage of my pending transaction on 18.03.2020 around 6:25pm in garia station road atm then it will be vey clear to you. As per previous mail no action taken from bank side & till now i don't get my money back to my account.
