Oriental Partners — Complanting agst. refund loan amount agst.insurance policy

D/sir,
As per telephonic conversation with mr. vijay gill mob. no-[protected], i have make payment rs.113800.00 against loan amount for rs.500000.00 against insurance policy dated 24/02/2014.
But after long time i have close loan application due to not received loan amount from their side. all the mob. nos are clossed, but [protected] no is active.
Kindly help me to take refund amount for rs.113800.00 as soon as possible.
I have realised that the company is fraud and not payment my paid amount since 1 year.
Plz plz help me and punished thus fraud company.
