    As i started working here a few months before its a doom to me, i started working with oriflame, one day supriya marie evangeline gives an offer to the starters if they complete 100 business points in 48 hours she will give you 3 leads and one wellness customer, and i complted 100bp before before that i send a screen shot and give to the concern person but she told she cant give that offers. Omg i just shocked, for getting leads and for wellness customer only i arranged money and complte the 100bp. There are so many issues are going in this network. I dont know whether the company is aware of this or not, they are sucking up all the money and doing like this.

      Hi,
      I am a resident of India and I had shown interest in oriflame some days back.
      Due to certain reasons I had opted out of the membership. I had a word with Kiranjeet kaur yesterday dated may 07, 2020 and finally my membership was closed.I was initially added to almost 3 groups on Whatsapp for same Oriflame brand.
      I have been keeping quite busy due to my tight schedule and have continuous meetings nowadays. Still people from Oriflame pester me again and again with same stuff.
      Some days back another representative of oriflame from same group named Chirisha Agarwal called me up for the same member ship, when I told her I already had a word with Kiranjeet yesterday she started abusing me.
      It is highly shameful for a person to act like her and abuse anybody.

      I had contacted her seniors too like kiranjeet kaur and Poonav jadav but still no use.
      Being a respectable person it is for me not at all acceptable to bear such nonsense.

      I request you to take certain action to avoid defaming of a brand like yours!
      It is the customers which matter to any company the most and it is the responsibility of company that no such nuisance happens again.

          I made an order on 03/02/2020 for SkinPro sonic 3-in-1 from the online fliers and I got a delivery today i.e 06/02/2020 where a wrong product Feetup Pedismooth is delivered. I am really upset about this wrong delivery and is unexpected on a costly product especially after knowing that the customers are eagerly waiting for the product.               I ordered about 1 week ago but, haven't received my parcel till yet, i've called to customer care but they said, you will received soon or will give you update about your complaint. Now i'm helpless. My order is prepaid and i've spent almost 2600 with you. The customer care executives are very careless, no care of customer and the valuable time.

                I had purchased a lipstick from oriflame but it was very poor quality. It left clots on my lips. My agent had told that i have to do complaint within 1 week of purchase. But i found it defective may be after 15-20days. But frankly speaking i did not expect such a poor quality product from such a reputed brand like oriflame. Please take care of the issue.

                  I hv joined oriflame through fb. I ordered 100 bp n n did welcome 1. There were reena mam n manager n director included. Wen i ordered my 100 bp my products were missing n leaked coz it was nt packed properly. I complaint dis to seniors they promise me to give my products back after 1 month. I accept. After 2 months i again ask to send my products than she refused to send all. Coz i didnt ordered last month. Is this d rule of oriflame company. How fraud people r running d comapny. Or doing fraud business

                    I ordered a few bottles if essenza body spray as gifts to distribute, but sadly the products came with half the quantity of scent in sprays and the quality of the scent is of the very poor quality not as they had put in the brochure. This is nothing but cheating and they are refusing to exchange or refund the money, this is nothing but cheating customers wholesale. My request to people do not buy oriflame products. They also send expired products via courier delivery.

                      My name is raveena.. I have bought giordani gold foundation before 6 months from nirupama sarkar 8068786 the time of purchase i have not checked the mfg and expiry date due to trust.. Before 3days randomly when i saw the box i saw the mfg is 2012 and expiry date is blurred with a pen.. From whom i have bought the product is now saying that she has taken the foundation from another lady 6253070 sushmita monday.. Both of them are not receiving my call and have blocked me.. I got the consultant number from saheb an agent of oriflame customer service... Because of this expired product i felt itching and pimples on my face.. Though i used it occasionally but i want justice for this if any major skin reaction would have happened to me then who will take the responsibility..
                      I would request you to please check this matter.. And refund my amount because i don't trust any oriflame product now..

                          I am a consultant in this cosmetic firm since 2016. But every time there are many problems i am facing while placing my order but this time there is a message floating that its a unauthorized consultant id.

                          As some times lack of time and some family priorities and small amount order, i requested by up line agent to place my order with her id.

                          One of line hacked my id and to get all my points closed my id from her end.

                          This time i checked my id to place my order, then it's showing unauthorized consultant id.

                          I mailed my complain on their email id i. E.

                          But no action will be taken.

                          I tried there customer care landline phone no. But while choosing the language preference it might get disconnected


                          For last four years i have given a huge amount of business to the company but dint get any benefit insipid of it.

                          But because of their irresponsible aspect of looking in this matter i will loose my clients.

                          That is a very loss for me as i am a single mother without any support from husband trying to extend my client age by giving them best services.

                          I request you to please look in this matter as prior request to compensate my time and efforts that i invested in this company.

                            I ordered tender care protecting rose balm seeing the buy one get one free offer in the september 2019 catalogue but i was very disappointed to receive only one. It was clearly shown in the catalogue about the offer. So, i thought if i ordered one, the other would be free. But when i received my order, there was only one balm instead of two.

                              My purpose of sending this mail is that i want to bring into your notice that my oriflame id is terminated and it's been 3 years that my amount i. E. 3317 rs is stuck.
                              Last year in august 2018 i visited in oriflame connaught place delhi office where i met akash. I mailed him the cancelled cheque n all details.. He said in 15 days your amount will be refunded.. But i didn't get anything.. Then i again contact him.. He didn't replied back n stop answering the calls.. Again i started contacting the customer service centres all over india mailing them again n telling them my issue again n again but of no use..
                              Please look into the better as i want my money back. Or i have to take a legal action against oriflame.. Haven't place any order from past 3 year as i'm living in rural area. I have 3137 rupees in oriflame account. I request you to please refund it back to my bank account at earliest.

                                I have placed one order on 8th august to return her points of the last month with one of your director under her i am a consultant. She placed order from consultant id and requested for delivery at her spo (Which belongs to her friend)
                                Now the order actually got delivered on 10th august. She neither informed me about the product delivery nor she informed that my wp3 product code 39954 has not been delivered or might be if has been given to someone else by her or might be she has kept that for her own use. On 19th august i asked about the product and total amount to be payable. She sent me the invoice now also she didn't told me that this is missing. Moreover when i enquired her about the same. She is saying that she has registered the claim with which she is not providing me with any incident number, id with which she has registered the complaint or not actually. Nor the company is providing any details with regard to this.
                                If this is the case what is the point of completing bv if you can't provide me the welcome program kit.

                                  I an a consultant - 8504566. I placed an order on 4th August - order no.[protected]. Im not at all happy with oriflame. The products are pathetic, customer service is more pathetic than that. I had a word with one of your manager and told her that I want amount back in the account. Its been told to me that once you guys will receive the products in warehouse then i will get the amount. I waited for you to get products now i called ur customer service desk they were telling me that the amount cannot be refunded in my account and it will get credited to my oriflame account. I didnt like the products and never going to waste my money in buying the products. I called yesterday and had a word with mickson he said the amount can only be credited back in the account when I will cancel the membership and after 60 days I will get the amount. I gave him confirmation over the phone to go ahead and cancel the membership and also he said a mail will be sent to my email id. Iam waiting for confirmation since yesterday but have not received single mail or message.

                                  I called you several times but everytime I receive pathetic customer service. Im not happy with oriflame and will never recommend it to anyone.

                                  I called today also to speak to mickson but couldn't get through to him and the customer support agent said he will call me whenever he is free and genuinely dont know if he will call me or not. This type of pathetic service shows the standard of oriflame.

                                  No customer service, no quality of products and no reliability.

                                  Kindly cancel membership and refund the money asap.

                                    My name is bharti singha talukdar my consultant number is 8448595 i ordered product on 22 july and delhivery courier shows that it will be delivered on 26 july but till now i have not received my parcel i contacted courier service and they said that my parcel was shipped in damaged condition so they cannot deliver that they need confirmation from oriflame whether it will be delivered or returned to oriflame. I need my parcel very urgent be do necessary step as soon as possible

When I received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when I opened it the Received 2 Short item ( Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected]which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well.                                         Hi! I am an oriflame consultant from8 months. I place my order through paytm and we receive the products from udyog kendra, gr. Noida, dist. Gautam budh nagar u. P. 201306 branch, i placed an individual order. I cleared the invoice online. When i received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when i opened it the received 2 short item (Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected]which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well. I complained to the breceived 2 short item (Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected] which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. Out they didnt help me and not received any response from company on my several complain. when i called up on costumer care number [protected] which person was on call answered me un professional way and very risky replied me that the weight has matched according to them and no products are missing. It is really annoying and shameful that a company like oriflame doesnt have a proper system, which could track the delivery of product. We pay in advance and expect the products and do not have any proof that we have not received all the products. I will be thankful to you if anyone can help me out on this..
