I have ordered some skin care products from smytten but they not delivering they have to delivery the order on 3-3-24 but still they didn't delivered and also I paid my money online this many days they replied me in email not not even responding my order no is 13473100...

They ship expired and defective products.
Customer service is useless and no help will be provided.
It's a big concern as can damage and harm your skin.
They will also leak your data and spams will start coming.
Stay away from this scam company...

It is showing that Some items are not serviceable for 530045 pincode so I removed items one by one to know which item is not serviceable, after removing all products it is still showing the same . My friend ordered of similar products for same pincode 530045 and it is delivered ....

The number that I've provided to smytten is wrong one digit is misplaced.is it possible to change it...

Cheap stale broken bad quality product delivered....

Whenever i put address to order on smytten it shows that we are not serviceable to this pincode. How much it will take to resolve this issue....

I received expired products from smytten for trial order no SM12835149. Even after multiple complaints they just credited 3 trial points to my account for which I have to spend rs235 more to get these products. Have already sent rs360 before.
Either they send me new samples or credit my amount with the product amount...

This is not what i ordered. Yesterday, your incorrectly delivered items were not the ones i ordered. Kindly take it back and give me what i ordered. Or if it's not possible, then give me a refund.

This to inform you that, I recently bought the insight matte eyeliner from the smytten app. I received that today, but unfortunately it's not proper. The eyeliner is sticky and some colts also found. There is no return option in the smytten app. Since many time I used that eyeliner but that time it was not good.

Kindly suggest me what can I do. Also kindly replace this product or refund my money...

Received damaged product from smytten. When complained they assured that refund is initiated on 1st dec but till now no refund is given. Not replying to mail. Mental harrassment is there...

Smytten is the biggest fraud ever. I mailed them regarding my order - all the items are not being reflected in the shipment details. The product was damaged it was a face mist of the love co. Company(4 trial points), half of the bottle leaked and the box was in damaged condition too. And there was one under eye gel from the herbs company they send it in wrong size....
