Complaint Against Smytten Non-Delivery of Paid Product & Deficient Customer Service

I placed an order on the Smytten app for two lipsticks under Shop Order Number #4823582. However, upon delivery, only one lipstick was received, while the second lipstick was missing from the package.

Despite this, the Smytten app shows both products as “delivered.” The delivery box and billing label clearly mention only one lipstick, which serves as proof that the second item was never shipped or delivered.

I purchased a order #18767685 and it is not delivered. I tried reaching out to customer care yet am unable to connect with them. I raised incident but of no use. I want refund if they are unable to deliver the order...

Mis behaviour and denial of product delivery and asking for re order

Ur company staff member called me and said that due to some technical issue my product will supposed to be put on hold or either u have to re order them for refund ...whats that silly options ? i mean seriously ? i don't have any money to re order the goods and nor i can wait anymore for 40 to 50 days...

Product is missing in delivered package

I received a damaged package.deivery boy just handed package to me & ran.i called him but he didn't listen.later I found 1 product is missing in the package.i complaint to company smiytten & they refused to take responsibility .
Earlier also same cases happened so many times with same company.it refuses to take responsibility. What shall I do.i am bearing many losses due to this irresponsible behavior of company...

Shipment not delivered

I had Ordered #4510875 from Smytten which was later divided into 6 shipments. Out of which In shipment AWB - [protected] - one product avimee herbal keshkrishna oil for grey hair is missing. I raised a ticket 597062 at smytten but it was closed without any justification. I want my refund back or the product delivered, pls help...

Missing Items and Poor Quality Products from Smytten No Proper Resolution

I placed an order with Smytten on[protected]Order ID:[protected] which included the following trial products:

Mascara

Eyeliner

Hot Water Bag

BB Cream

Lip Tint

Sunscreen

Dot & Key Night Cream

However, when I received the order, two items – Mascara and Dot & Key Night Cream – were completely missing from the package.br...

Order Delaying each day

I have placed on 2nd April 2025; my order was supposed to be delivered on 6th but instead it is delaying day by day.

Yesterday it was showing 11th April and now it has extended to 12th April and I don't how much more days I have to wait.
This is really unexpected and disappointed....

I had ordered some products worth 782/- with the order id #4077908 from Smytten on date 10/01/2025. I had immediately cancelled the order right after placing it, because I had provided wrong address by mistake. Today is 17/01/2025, but I haven't yet got the refund amount credited back to my bank account.

    The delivery agent took a image of mine without even informing to me, which is disrespectful and rude. Have you mentioned or implemented to take pictures of receivers without informing?
    Felt very insecured for this type of behavior.
    A picture of girl? Without informing them?
    I really want an urgent explanation for this incident as it unfollows privacy...

      I referred 14 members with my Smytten code, but instead of receiving 280 bucks, I only got 120 bucks. I've updated the app, but it's still not reflecting the correct amount.

        My 2 orders from smytten that I have ordered on 5th may was not been delivered by 10th may.in tracking link it shows that consignee is unavailable. But I am available 24/7 to get my order delivered
        Every day I get messages that your order will be delivered today but I didn't receive any of the order. I am fool waiting eagerly for my order. I request smytten either to deliver the order or else give me the refund.

          I got the package I also paid the amount still in the app it shows shipped. And the delivery guy his calling me. I blocked the delivery guy number. But in app it shows shipped. But I got the package. And paid too.

              They ship expired and defective products.
              Customer service is useless and no help will be provided.
              It's a big concern as can damage and harm your skin.
              They will also leak your data and spams will start coming.
              Stay away from this scam company

                It is showing that Some items are not serviceable for 530045 pincode so I removed items one by one to know which item is not serviceable, after removing all products it is still showing the same . My friend ordered of similar products for same pincode 530045 and it is delivered .
