This to inform you that, I recently bought the insight matte eyeliner from the smytten app. I received that today, but unfortunately it's not proper. The eyeliner is sticky and some colts also found. There is no return option in the smytten app. Since many time I used that eyeliner but that time it was not good.
Kindly suggest me what can I do. Also kindly replace this product or refund my money or help me out.

seems like I am getting response from chatbot. see image how yellow and bad this cashew is. I ordered for my father and tell me how can any one consume this cheap product.
