My consultant number is 7216107. I had placed an order on Nov 2016, of true perfection set worth 5k which was suggested by my director Manisha chattraj for my own use.after using it my skin getting darker​.i complain about this.she told me that I continued the cream, I do as she said bt the result was worst.i said plz returned my product bcz she promised me if any problem wid this cream she returned it but now she totally deny to accept the product and also misbehave wid me. Her senior director Rimi Verma also said that now nothing can be done.i want my money back.plz took into the matter and also make a note of Manisha chattraj for misbehaving with downlines and spoiling the name of Brand she is working under.

    3 products were missing in my last order. I am following up for it from more than a week and I was told that the packet of missing items is ready and it will be soon dispatched. Now I am being told that the products are not in stock. The customer care executive misbehaved in the conversations. No info is being sent on mail regarding this. No refund has been processed yet. My customers are waiting for the delivery of their order that they placed through me.

      Im consultant of oriflame i have ordered of rs 7000 products from oriflame in march in that feminine washed was likeed in courier and it spoiled all my products they told to raise claim i raised and received other courier but again same thing happened feminine wash was likeed
      and this time no response from oriflame upon that they blamed me that while returning courier one lipstick was less so we are not sending u that lipstick
      its waste of my time and money i being consultant from 3 years will not lie for just 100 lipstick. and its being told oriflame on emails thousand of times that for god sake please pack liquid bottles separately and neatly but they dont take any action
      i want my repay of lipstick and products

        I have been making an order of more than 500bps since last year and this year but i didnt recieve even a single penny.. Why is that so? My upline doesnt inform anything about it and i m confused about this oriflame business. Please help. When i sign in with my consultant number, there is a column of immidiate saving.. Please tell me what is that immidiate saving?

          We bought 5k worth ecollagen kit but its not at all worth Btits causing too much skin irritation resulting in dryness of skin. We wasted 5 k in this product never buy it.. really want my money back i could have consulted a skin doctor instead of wasting money on this kit. I want oriflame complaint resolvers to contact me and discuss about this issue. Also i want my money back as it caused harm to my face.

          No one from oriflame have yet contacted me it seems oriflame doesn't think abt their customers satisfaction and are not concerned abt their brand value...
          Repeated complaints to customer support about the missing products in delivery was not attended and the issue repeats again and again.I have now received a regret mail for my claim stating that there is no missing products from their end.So where are the missing products and who in oriflame will looking to this?

            As my downline asha arora gave royal velvet set to her costomer .But after 3 days she complain about dry skin after using it. What should she do sanju 2251119, [protected]
            she insist to take products back .
            after applying cleanser toner day cream capsules she is getting dry skin.plz gave me the reason my dry skin. should i include tender care in her skincare regim.

              I have purchased oriflame lipstick from Ms Dimple Jain Meerut Cantt, Bachpan school owner. She is your distributor. She has given me expired lipstick as expired date of that lipstick is 04/16 (mentioned on it). When I get back to her for return.She told me that the company wrote the date just like that its not expired and the quality of that lipstick is sticky only. She deny to change .
              Kindly return my lipstick n do the needful.

                my order was placed on 23 january 2017 and just after 2 days 25 january 2017 a message came that your was dispatched

                    I ordered this eyelinear in black from Amazon some days ago.
                    It was mentioned that it is a waterproof product.
                    All in all BS product i got from snapdeal. First of all the color which got delivered to me was not black and blue.
                    Secondly the product wasnt waterproof. Thirdly when i tried to remove the product from my eye, it left a pink colour mark on my eyes of the shape the linear was applied.
                    What kind of product is this. This has given me rases on my eyes.
                    I need an justification for the same. Please arrange someone to call me, as i need to understand what is the issue. This has spoilt my eyes.

                      My self Roopam Khandelwal. I am consultant in Oriflame company. I lost my prepaid pkt.i will order some product 6jan 2017 around 7000. I compain regarding the matter from 13 jan 2017. When i will call any staff of company told me next day definetly u receive ur pkt. Suddenly 24 jan when i again call in company one men of company told me mam u received ur pkt, i said no i can't. then he want take some time. i say ok. after 2 days i will again call in company bt company have no answer. then i told to ok i go to complian against company. then he told me no mam wedo somthing pls give me some more time. from that date i give only time to company.
                      I don't know how i get my pkt from company i m really vry frasted pls told me what i do.

                        I am using oriflame love nature lip balm strawberry
                        I was using it and then I experienced a burnt sensation on my lips. First I thought it is because of one of my old lipstick. and because of lips getting in worst condition I stopped applying any cosmetic. but later when I again started using this lip balm I got sure about its harm to my lips.
                        I want to get this tested and return back my payment as the product has given me harm physically.

                          I am Priyanka Vineet Gupta 6889439, I have not received my discount amount for the month of July. Many times we received the wrong product or the product not received by me or by my downline. We got the wrong information from the customer care. My downline have not received the claim amount. Their are so many complaints which are not resolved. Even the mails not responded by them.
                          These things are impacting the report of the oriflame.
                          I also think to raise the issue in consumer Forum of India but I think first to inform the same.
                          Kindly look into that and dother the needful

                            I am writing this complain on behalf of someone who is not educated much.

                            A lady had ordered products on 16th Nov'16.The delivery (done by Aramex)went back with a reason that the address was incorrect/insufficient.There was no intimation that the goods have gone back to the shipper.

                            After placing another order, there is just an invoice copy received on my mail(Since I provided my email address). There is nothing updated on the Oriflame orders page regarding if the order is created. I called up the customer care.I couldn't stand being waiting to talk to the customer care for more than 5 minutes.There was just a song being played the whole time with out anyone bothering to attend to a call

                              My new order order number[protected] and my consultant no: 7066653 i got shipped message 27th sep 2016 mentioned amount 0 as i paid all
                              Amount with my credit card. Now elegant courier guy came today name :
                              Sonu singh mobile no : [protected]. He misbehave for order delivery and
                              Asking extra amount rs.500 to deliver the order. He did not give me any
                              Order today while i paid whole amount as per oriflame website and sms.
                              This is very bad service provide your courier guy.in this situation it
                              Is very difficult to work any more. I request you to please deliver my
                              Order as i need to give my clients and try to contact courier guy for
                              Misbehave.

                                I Richa Akar has not receive d check on time.
                                The problem is check was isssued on 4/6/16 it was for 3mnths validity.nd amt was 1391/- nd I hv receive d check today morning that is on8/9/16 as check was bounce becoz d date has been gone. Their was no issue of my address either my email I'd nor my mobile so y couldn't receive me by courrier ??                                   I had ordered few products from Oriflame India few days back. I did a complete payment online but when the package arrived, 2 items were missing in it. I complained immediately to their service center. They promised to revert back with in 2 days. There was no response for 1 week. After calling again they tell me that they have dispatched all the items and they have record of the weights. I asked them the weight. The weight dispatched was 14 grams less than the actual weight that should have been. Weight of the two items missing was 4 grams each which equal to 8 grams. But in-spite of regular follow the customer support center refused to acknowledge my complaint.

                                  Heres full mail conversation with their customer support representative:

                                  Please refer to attached invoice of order number[protected].

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that item code no 30670 & 30667 has not been delivered in the package. The payment had been made for these products including the other ones.

                                  Kindly look into the issue & revert back.

                                  Please confirm if you have checked the item weight or not. It is very clearly mentioned that package weight is 0.961 and what you have dispatched is 0.940. The weight of two missing items is 4 gms each. Please see the attached Invoice. Please send me weight wise details of the items dispatched.

                                  It's pretty shameful that a company like Oriflame is not having systems to clarify my queries. And when you say that you have clarified things over phone, let me tell you what was said on phone. It was told that the issue will be looked into and it will solved soon. Anyways I ll take this mail and circulate all over Internet on consumer forums. Make some YouTube videos abt the way this issues is being handled. Even the break up of weights has not been provided by you and you say that the weights are tallied. Thank you for your pathetic support Kiran. And if you have little shame I am asking once again to provide me the weight break up.

                                    I raised complaint for one of the failed transaction done on 18th of May till now I don't receive my money and oriflame are issue some rubish latter which was rejected by the bank many times.

                                    Nothing has been done so far from oriflame customer care.

                                    It is so bad so see such a big organization does customer care service to its Member in bad way. If i don't my money back then i was fill a complaint in a comsumer court that oriflame are the cheaters.

As promised the delivery to be within 10 days i am still waiting for its delivery.They dont attach "tracking order" option. I followed the last chain and called people but they are not recieving the calls . Even i am unaware of the courier company.Even my mails are not answered.kindly help me to recieve my order soon.                                         I bought oriflame eye cream-optimals in july'14 but i cud not used it for a time being and kept it like this only. After some time when i opened it then it was like glue and i was not able to even apply it.According to the company(Oriflame) it is best before 03/ 2017 as well it start smelling so worst. If company wants then i can post the pictures as well to show that in what situation that cream is(Sticky and foul smell).After this i decided not to buy any products of oriflame and would suggest the reader as well not to buy any any product of it and still you want to buy then buy it at ur risk of loosing that much money. I want answer from company's end as well as solution of this kind of worst products.
