[Resolved]  Orion Edutech — Complaint against not refunding my money as per agreement.

This is to bring to your notice that I “Anant Sagar” applied to the Orion Edutech, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra, Mandir Marg for Job placement in Japan on 7th Sep 2019. I met with Mr. Prasenjit Roy (Assistant Manager) who gave me a form with Orion House, 28, Rajarhat Main Road, Chinar Park, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700157 address to fill with terms and conditions that if company becomes fail to provide me final offer letter then company will refund my money as per written agreement or if denied to accept job after getting final offer letter then they will not refund my money. Verbally Mr. Prasenjit Roy (Assistant Manager) asked me to meet at Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra, Mandir Marg, Orion Edutech office on 7th Sep to show my conditional offer letter. After showing conditional offer letter he asked me 1, 00, 000 rupees instead of 50, 000 rupees while on phone Mr. Prasenjit had told before that for conditional offer letter I will have to deposit 50000 rupees but suddenly he asked me 1, 00, 000 rupees to deposit as token money and rest 1, 50, 000 rupees I had to deposit after getting final offer letter.

After depositing 1, 00, 000 rupees in company’s account which i took from bank as a loan, he gave me conditional offer letter in two languages one was in English and another one was in Japanese. When I read carefully both conditional letters, I found serious error. In English conditional offer letter, my designation was correct but in Japanese conditional offer letter my designation was different something low class job. After seeing this mistake I asked Mr. Prasenjit to return my money because I thought how professional company can make this kind of error then I told to Mr. Prasenjit that I am not interested to go Japan from your consultancy.

Suddenly Mr. Subhechha Ghosh called me and said that he is looking after my matter so don’t call to Mr. Prasenjit for anything regarding this placement or deposited amount or correction in Japanese conditional offer. Since that day I am directly in touched with Mr. Subhechha Ghosh and he provided me correct Japanese conditional offer letter. After this they told me to appear in a interview which I did but Mr. Subhechha couldn’t place me up to 15 the march 2020 and only one interview they scheduled for me. Mr. Subhechha Ghosh fixed my interview in such a company for my placement where the interviewer was seeing for experienced staff for that particular domain and that is why my placement was not been successful perhaps Mr. Subhechha wanted to make me happy by which I could live in dreams. Slowly Slowly I fell in fix and started writing emails for not going to Japan and requested for refunding my money but they hanged me till

today saying that you are selected and very soon will get final offer letter. Mr. Subhechha Ghosh always says that he has deposited my money in Japan but that Japanese person who told me he didn’t receive any amount from Mr. Subhechha Ghosh. Japanese person was surprised after hearing that I have paid 1, 00, 000 rupees to consultancy because in Japan it is allowed. Money refunding matter they are passing to each other and they are four people who are in this case.
