[Resolved] Orion Edutech — missguided | |||
I join pmkvy which is conducted by orion edutech for one month (Retail) course. But there my trainer told me to do 6month (3month theory and 3month on job training with stiafen money) upgraded course from orion edutech. I think it maybe help in future. I joined and paid 12000/- on 12/02/2016. But now they dont stay on there words. No class and no certificate nothing they will provided. I go there several times but they told always one thing (Come after 2-3 days). But now when i go there last time they told me to submit documents again and join class again. But now i dont have time. Verified Support Nov 30, 2017 Orion Edutech Customer Care's response The allegations are completely wrong and baseless. The Complainant along with his other batch-mates had completed on schedule time. It is also not correct that the complainant got no classes from our end or he has been asked for to submit the documents again and join in fresh. The actual fact is the Complainant had attend the classes, completed his training and assessment. Not only that, he had attend the trainees session at the centre and the same was telecast in DD News, where the complainant even gave interview. The same was also uploaded in YouTube and the link is (https://youtu.be/eGjKBFmSH8g). All these evidently states that the allegations made by Summy Anand is false, fabricating, completely base less and made a with a clear intention to hamper the goodwill of the company and undue claim the money back even after getting the complete service. The Complainant need to collect the same from Patna Centre by making an application in writing and completing other issuing formalities by personally coming at centre. The scan copy of the certificate is attached herewith.
