Orior Developers Complaints & Reviews

I have been aloted a 500sq. Yard plot in their karjat project for which i have paid almost 90% of amount.
They are always assuring to allot the plot since 2016, and now they have stopped picking up call and now there no phone is working, it seems that they have gone under ground. I am a senior citizen, please advice me to what to do and how can i recover my money. And whom to complaint about these cheaters....

I had booked 200 yds in bhasker valley in february 2007 against my registration number 2386a.

Few years back when i had approached their gurgaon office i was told there has been a litigation & the issue will be resolved soon.

Now with more than ten years there is still no sign of any kind of communication from the developer's side on the status of bhasker valley

I had booked a plot in bhaskar valley in 2006 and paid all installments but still waiting for allotment of plot. Company is silent on this issue. When i contacted mr gaurav g. M. 3 years back, he gave all kinds of excuses about approval and drawings and always gave 3 month time to resolve it. No solution till date. I also do not know the status of court cases filed against him. If anyone can update me on these.

I booked a 200 sqds plot in bhaskar valley, karjat on 28.12.2016 vide their receipt nos.[protected]a0 and paid subsequent installments as demanded by the co. So far they not given possession of plot. Repeated efforts to contact them have failed.
I request you to please help me in the matter. At least, pl tell us what is happening in the matter. There are many complaints with you on this matter.

We had booked one plot in the above mentioned project with you,
But there is no news of this project from your end and it seems that you are not going to deliver this project and want to grab public money.
Atleast inform status of the project, and when will you deliver our plot.
As of now rera has been implemented, have they got this project registered in this act or not.

I invested in 360 sq yards plot in 2007 and i have paid 50% payment.

In-spite of multiple calls to orior gurgaon office nothing moved forward.

It has been 10 years from the initial launch. they are launching new projects while old ones are languishing. they had promised to develop the project with parks / shops/ club no such things exists even today. no electrification work is done . how can one sue the company as they do not reply...

Dear Sir,
I had booked a plot measuring 200 Sq Yards in the township BHASKAR ENCLAVE-II developed by Orior developers, Jaipur in 2006. Developer had promised to complete all sort of development in 03 years but he had done only a meager development and makes pressure for remaining payment that is app. 40%. We are alredy suffering for not getting the possession. Now neither he is developing it nor giving possession of plot. No Govt....

I have booked a plot through Orior Developers in Bhasker Valley near Karjat in Bombay 4 years ago and submitted full amount still even after 4 years they have not given registration of plots and whenever we meet them they say that few registration are done and rest will be done in next 3-4 months and after 3-4 months same thing repeats...

Really frustrated with non cooperation of Orior Developer people. I feel cheated and...
