I had booked a 200yds plot in february 2007 & installments payments were made as & when demanded by the company till 2008.
From 2009 onward there is no communication from the company & even visiting their corporate office in gurgaon did not had any results.
I request you to kindly prevail upon the company to come forward & finish the possession formalities or inform us about their exact status.

Booked plot in bhaskar valley
We have been cheated no response. And nobody picks the phone our money is been looted by this builder. 10 years no information and refund of our money from this builder. No news of plots registered by us.
We request consumer redressal to take strict action against the builder and help us retrieve our hard earned money....

I also booked a plot in 2007 in bhaskar valley and have already paid 50% amount. The remaining amount was to be paid after registry on our name which is pending till date. I have contacted mr gaurav & vikas dodhi on various occasions. 2 years back i had met mr gaurav at his dehli office but didn't get any satisfactory reply he only made excuses. I have all the original cash receipts and related documents.

I have been aloted a 500sq. Yard plot in their karjat project for which i have paid almost 90% of amount.
They are always assuring to allot the plot since 2016, and now they have stopped picking up call and now there no phone is working, it seems that they have gone under ground. I am a senior citizen, please advice me to what to do and how can i recover my money. And whom to complaint about these cheaters.

I did the same and got it transfered to bhaskar enclave 2. I made almost full payment as asked by the company and submitted all documents demanded by them for patta in nov 2014. But nothing has been done so far. Again and again lie is being told and im being made fool.
Mention the reason and exack date for the same.

I had booked 200 yds in bhasker valley in february 2007 against my registration number 2386a.

Few years back when i had approached their gurgaon office i was told there has been a litigation & the issue will be resolved soon.

Now with more than ten years there is still no sign of any kind of communication from the developer's side on the status of bhasker valley
Project at karjat with my money stuck with...

I had booked a plot in bhaskar valley in 2006 and paid all installments but still waiting for allotment of plot. Company is silent on this issue. When i contacted mr gaurav g. M. 3 years back, he gave all kinds of excuses about approval and drawings and always gave 3 month time to resolve it. No solution till date. I also do not know the status of court cases filed against him. If anyone can update me on these.

I booked a 200 sqds plot in bhaskar valley, karjat on 28.12.2016 vide their receipt nos.[protected]a0 and paid subsequent installments as demanded by the co. So far they not given possession of plot. Repeated efforts to contact them have failed.
I request you to please help me in the matter. At least, pl tell us what is happening in the matter. There are many complaints with you on this matter.

We had booked one plot in the above mentioned project with you,
But there is no news of this project from your end and it seems that you are not going to deliver this project and want to grab public money.
Atleast inform status of the project, and when will you deliver our plot.
As of now rera has been implemented, have they got this project registered in this act or not.

I invested in 360 sq yards plot in 2007 and i have paid 50% payment.

In-spite of multiple calls to orior gurgaon office nothing moved forward.

I would like to register my complaint & would seek your advice to get the plot.

I am investor of residential plot in bhasker enclave ii, project, jaipur [rajasthan] of orior developers & infrastructures pvt. Ltd. Since-2006 they did not doing any type of development of land till date but they construct main gate only, and some of block are undeveloped and in poor condition there is no way for reaching destination. They allotted me plot in "k'" block with out my knowledge / concern & acceptance and there is no any development and the plot size is also very embarrassing [plot not in proper size] so due to this i surrender my plot in 19 january-2015 in the office of company at gurgaon [hr] with mr. Gaurav dodi but till date i have not yet received my invested money, due to several reminder via email\personal visits & over phones with mr. Pramod trehan [vp} and gaurav dodi [gm-sales] the management & the directors of the company totally failed to possession the developed plots and refund of invested money till date after surrender of plot on 19.01.2015. They are cheated me and fraud with my hard money. So i want to complaint against them and punished them with the refund of invested money along with interest.

I m Reena . I booked 2 plots in their project Bhaskar enclave 2 in B block in Jaipur a decade back in 2006. I have paid the full amount . But not got the possession or patta of my plots till date. Mr dhody and his staff have been fooling us for all these years. They tricked us last year by making us fill our patta files in their gurgoan office which are still lying in thier gurgoan office till date. They are intentionally postponing it from...

Finally! & after enough follow-up and legal action including going to EWS wing, we got the refund of our Principal with interest. Despite Me and my husband vehemently re-starting our followup in Sept 2012 with the officers of Orior Developers at their Gurgaon office, neither the possession of our property in Bhaskar Valley was coming through nor the refund of the 95% upfront consideration that we had paid over the time was coming. In March 2013, we issued a legal notice and took the legal recourse involving local police and economic wing's officers and managed to obtain a successful refund of both our principal amounts as well as the interest amounts that we demanded from the Developer. With this success coming through, a few such investors in Bhaskar Valley and other projects of Orior at Jaipur as well as with other developers approached me and I am happy to share that without having to waste much time in follow up otherwise or having in to followup through the police etc., we have very successfully managed to get the cheques for the Principal and interest amounts for those investors as well. the company has not developed the project as promised, the inner roads are not made and no amenities are provided even after giving possession. It has been 10 years from the initial launch. they are launching new projects while old ones are languishing. they had promised to develop the project with parks / shops/ club no such things exists even today. no electrification work is done . how can one sue the company as they do not reply...

I have been trying to contact Gaurav Dhondi since 27th Apr’13 regarding my Bhaskar Enclave II property paper work but he has not been responding and not been servicing towards that (despite of his multiple promises).
He did send field boy to my house to get JDA Patta papers signed. At that time, I requested to knock off one name and add another name in papers so that the new change can reflect in Registry papers. He told me that can be changed later and I can submit joint owners papers and signatures later.
I did submit Affidavit of all those changes by hand to Gaurav Dhondy within 2 weeks from 27th Apr. He promised that he will send the revised papers on which I can get joint owner’s signature but that day did not come till today.
I have sent him numerous messages, spoke with him many times and everytime he assures that somebody will come and get the papers signed. Now, he is avoiding my calls.
Also, he told me and assured following things which I do not know when it will happen:-
1) Within 2 months from submitting JDA Patta papers, I will get a call letter from JDA to submit Registry fees (i.e. by 30th June’13)
2) Within 3 months of submission of JDA Patta fees, I will be called to Jaipur for final paperwork (i.e 30th Sep’13)
Mr. Gaurav Dhondy is at GM position and I wonder if this is how people at this level in your company works.
Please take action at the earliest and process my paperwork as promised by Gaurav Dhondy.

This refer to our booking ID I-250 , plot nos c -183 as per provisional allotment letter issued .
While we have made full payments for Rs 419806 /- on 15th nov 2012 .
Only a copy of no dues pending letter is issued , copy attached herewith .
Why Sale deed documentation is not done as on date & JDA patta registration file nos not given as on date inspite of various followup .
Papers for JDA registration was signed in September 2012 while submitting the payments in your office. With Mr Gaurav Dhody .

Issuing a receipt for payments given to your office & no dues letter issuance does not mean to handover the land to purchaser .


By this communication If we do not get the sale deed documents in original with copy of JDA approval for township with all other concerned documents & Jda Registration file reference nos .
We will be forced to take further action after next two days .
