Possession was supoosed to be given five years ago, but till date there is no registration and no possession.

False promises, only number which is working is of my gaurav dhody, but he doesnt care to pick the call even once.

This is a clear case of playing with people's hard earned money, and once you receive the money you just hide

I have tried to call gaurav atleast times he doesnt care to pick the call

I have made a booking in karjat maharashtra project in 2007 and made 80%of payment by 2008 there on ward's no progress and every time contacted give some excuse showing government delay.
Recently in october 2018 when contacted and aked for refund of my money he requested to wait till dewali (Mid november) if no progress he will refund with interest. Now trying to get in touch with him he not answering the phone

Since 12 years of allotting plot, they have done nothing, no registration, no possession. Have taken all the installments. Gaurav dhody promised us that he will get the plot registered within 6 months in april 2013 but till date no reply is there from the company.

I went to there designated office today but came to know they have vacated the office and ran away one year ago. Now i dont know where to approach them

I have booked 2 plots with orior developers in 2006. I have spoken to mr gaurav doddy multiple times and each time he assured me that the possession will be given and he would buy a new date.
(He has even told me that he has left the company. But had refused to give me his counter parts no.)
I feel cheated by the company. I have almost given inr 370000/-. I want my hard earned money back. Pls help and suggest the appropriate course of action.

I had booked a plot in bhasker enclave 2 in 2006, all the payments were completed and provisional allotment done but never received the patta/ possession. All the time was given false promises by gaurav dhody, gm who would assure personally and give new dates for possession which never really happened. I had put in my hard earned money now these people like gaurav dhody and promoters have eloped and are nit contactable. They all will face their karma here and will never prosper in their personal and. Professional lives by cheating gullible investors. Let's all get together to nab these cheaters and recover our money's.

I had booked 200 yds in bhasker valley in december 2006 against my registration number 425a.

Few years back when i had approached their gurgaon office i was told there has been a litigation & the issue will be resolved soon.

Now with more than ten years there is still no sign of any kind of communication from the developer's side on the status of bhasker valley
Project at karjat with my money stuck with them.

Can the developer update on the project or refund my money??

I was alloted a plot in bhasker enclave tonk rd jaipur in 2007. I have paid the complete cost as demanded by the builders from time to time. The payment schedule was completed in 2009/2010. There upon i wasapproached never. However i have been in contact with the manager bhasker enclave shree mukes who had kept me on assurance that my file is processed through jda. And very shortly i wiil be issued patta. Ironically the very short period has never came till date. Of late that is from last two year there is no one available at pratap nagtar office as indicated. The so called manager has shut his mobile. There had been no response from jaipur office and gurgram. Multiple visits reveals closure of the office and no telephone connectivity stir. Kindly help.

I booked the plot in bhaskar ii (Jaipur) in 2006 measuring 300 sq yard and made the full payment but till date not got the possession of the plot. Inspite of repeated request to mr. Gaurav dody. Now office closed and phone is switched off nobody is responding, i approched so many time gurgoan office but nobody is there and office was found locked. After making the full payment with the hope i have my own house but mr gurav dody diched the investor and underground now. Kindly help me shall i registerd the case for cheating against him.

Even after paying all amount on time and repeated assurance from mr. Gorav doddy, they have not given the plot to me.
I have mail of five years back of mr. Doddy in which he said plot will be in six months. But no update till date.
Nobody pick the phone including mr. Gorav.
Very shameful on the part of orior.
It is also given me to understand that they have given the amount back three times who have the powerful contacts.

Orior developer we trusted u in 2006 any make a decesion to buy your plot but now we r thinking tht we did a huge mistake. We met ur employ mr gaurav dhody very big fraud guy he is. We did all the paymeny of our plot till now which is in bhaskar enclave k block jaipur according to u. We met mr gaurav dodhy many time he was giving us new date every time we went to meet him. He also given me the confirmation letter of tht plot in tht he has written incase we are (Orior developer) unable to issue the patta by dec 2016 we will return all some of money with intrest and expences. Now we r taking action against your comapany or we need a quick action regarding this. This is all we made with our savings we cnt leave u like that orior developer. We ill go for leagal action either

They had pre-launched this project in 2006 "selling Dreams" and we booked two plots of 200 Sq. Yards each. We have paid all the money as and when asked for. We have all the documents with us. They allocated the two plots in H Block however possession is still pending from JDA (Patta). Mr Gaurav Dody always assured of getting the Plots registered with JDS about 10 years back but nothing has happened till date. Our hard earned money is stuck up with them. We are not able to contact any official as of now.
Can someone help us so that we are either able to sell the land or our money is refunded.

I had booked a 200yds plot in february 2007 & installments payments were made as & when demanded by the company till 2008.
From 2009 onward there is no communication from the company & even visiting their corporate office in gurgaon did not had any results.
I request you to kindly prevail upon the company to come forward & finish the possession formalities or inform us about their exact status.

I have been aloted a 500sq. Yard plot in their karjat project for which i have paid almost 90% of amount.
They are always assuring to allot the plot since 2016, and now they have stopped picking up call and now there no phone is working, it seems that they have gone under ground. I am a senior citizen, please advice me to what to do and how can i recover my money. And whom to complaint about these cheaters.

I have done almost all the payments and submitted all the documents for patta. I have neither been issued with patta nor given the possession of my plot in odi project bhaskar enclave ii jaipur since long back.
Initially i booked my plot in bhaskar valley karjat but matter was not resolved over there in 5-6 years. Then col dhodi, mr gaurav dhodi and mr jaswant singh yadav told me to transfer the plot to jaipur project and told all fair will be done in short time. I did the same and got it transfered to bhaskar enclave 2. I made almost full payment as asked by the company and submitted all documents demanded by them for patta in nov 2014. But nothing has been done so far. Again and again lie is being told and im being made fool.
Mention the reason and exack date for the same.

I had booked a plot in bhaskar valley in 2006 and paid all installments but still waiting for allotment of plot. Company is silent on this issue. When i contacted mr gaurav g. M. 3 years back, he gave all kinds of excuses about approval and drawings and always gave 3 month time to resolve it. No solution till date. I also do not know the status of court cases filed against him. If anyone can update me on these.

But there is no news of this project from your end and it seems that you are not going to deliver this project and want to grab public money.
Atleast inform status of the project, and when will you deliver our plot.
As of now rera has been implemented, have they got this project registered in this act or not.

I am one of the investors with orior developers, gurgaon and invested in their bhaskar valley, karjat project.

I invested in 360 sq yards plot in 2007 and i have paid 50% payment.

In-spite of multiple calls to orior gurgaon office nothing moved forward.

I would like to register my complaint & would seek your advice to get the plot.

I am investor of residential plot in bhasker enclave ii, project, jaipur [rajasthan] of orior developers & infrastructures pvt. Ltd. Since-2006 they did not doing any type of development of land till date but they construct main gate only, and some of block are undeveloped and in poor condition there is no way for reaching destination. They allotted me plot in "k'" block with out my knowledge / concern & acceptance and there is no any development and the plot size is also very embarrassing [plot not in proper size] so due to this i surrender my plot in 19 january-2015 in the office of company at gurgaon [hr] with mr. Gaurav dodi but till date i have not yet received my invested money, due to several reminder via email\personal visits & over phones with mr. Pramod trehan [vp} and gaurav dodi [gm-sales] the management & the directors of the company totally failed to possession the developed plots and refund of invested money till date after surrender of plot on 19.01.2015. They are cheated me and fraud with my hard money. So i want to complaint against them and punished them with the refund of invested money along with interest.

I m Reena . I booked 2 plots in their project Bhaskar enclave 2 in B block in Jaipur a decade back in 2006. I have paid the full amount . But not got the possession or patta of my plots till date. Mr dhody and his staff have been fooling us for all these years. They tricked us last year by making us fill our patta files in their gurgoan office which are still lying in thier gurgoan office till date. They are intentionally postponing it from one season to another. I m totally taken aback when Mr dhody told me today that the files are in his gurgaon office only . They never sent it to Jaipur authority. I m broken now. I have lost faith in them. I m sure going to sue them. We have waited and trusted them for long ten years but not any more. Call me ( [protected]) if anybody else is also planning to file lawsuit .FIR is already registered against them at Janak Puri west Police station. Further i will expose them through media also. I swear i m not going to leave them now.
