Finally! & after enough follow-up and legal action including going to EWS wing, we got the refund of our Principal with interest. Despite Me and my husband vehemently re-starting our followup in Sept 2012 with the officers of Orior Developers at their Gurgaon office, neither the possession of our property in Bhaskar Valley was coming through nor the refund of the 95% upfront consideration that we had paid over the time was coming. In March 2013, we issued a legal notice and took the legal recourse involving local police and economic wing's officers and managed to obtain a successful refund of both our principal amounts as well as the interest amounts that we demanded from the Developer. With this success coming through, a few such investors in Bhaskar Valley and other projects of Orior at Jaipur as well as with other developers approached me and I am happy to share that without having to waste much time in follow up otherwise or having in to followup through the police etc., we have very successfully managed to get the cheques for the Principal and interest amounts for those investors as well. I have been trying to contact Gaurav Dhondi since 27th Apr’13 regarding my Bhaskar Enclave II property paper work but he has not been responding and not been servicing towards that (despite of his multiple promises).
He did send field boy to my house to get JDA Patta papers signed. At that time, I requested to knock off one name and add another name in papers so that the new change can reflect in Registry papers. He told me that can be changed later and I can submit joint owners papers and signatures later.
I did submit Affidavit of all those changes by hand to Gaurav Dhondy within 2 weeks from 27th Apr. He promised that he will send the revised papers on which I can get joint owner’s signature but that day did not come till today.
I have sent him numerous messages, spoke with him many times and everytime he assures that somebody will come and get the papers signed. Now, he is avoiding my calls.
Also, he told me and assured following things which I do not know when it will happen:-
1) Within 2 months from submitting JDA Patta papers, I will get a call letter from JDA to submit Registry fees (i.e. by 30th June’13)
2) Within 3 months of submission of JDA Patta fees, I will be called to Jaipur for final paperwork (i.e 30th Sep’13)
Mr. Gaurav Dhondy is at GM position and I wonder if this is how people at this level in your company works.
Please take action at the earliest and process my paperwork as promised by Gaurav Dhondy.

This refer to our booking ID I-250 , plot nos c -183 as per provisional allotment letter issued .
While we have made full payments for Rs 419806 /- on 15th nov 2012 .
Only a copy of no dues pending letter is issued , copy attached herewith .
Why Sale deed documentation is not done as on date & JDA patta registration file nos not given as on date inspite of various followup .
Papers for JDA registration was signed in September 2012 while submitting the payments in your office. With Mr Gaurav Dhody .

Issuing a receipt for payments given to your office & no dues letter issuance does not mean to handover the land to purchaser .


By this communication If we do not get the sale deed documents in original with copy of JDA approval for township with all other concerned documents & Jda Registration file reference nos .
We will be forced to take further action after next two days .

I have booked a plot through Orior Developers in Bhasker Valley near Karjat in Bombay 4 years ago and submitted full amount still even after 4 years they have not given registration of plots and whenever we meet them they say that few registration are done and rest will be done in next 3-4 months and after 3-4 months same thing repeats...

Really frustrated with non cooperation of Orior Developer people. I feel cheated and even cant sell the plot because dont have registration and there is no development on the project as they promised while purchase of plot.

I am in mess and need suggestions ....i saw there are lot of people in my situation seems.

1. Where i can log complaint against orior developers ??
2. Please raise your voice and gets united if any one else is also suffering.

I have booked a plot in Bhasker Enclave II (Scheme Name) with Orior Developers and paid around Rs. 177,000.00. They are not either alloting the plot nor giving my money back. Please do the needful.

I want to surrender the plot and want my money back.

SIR AS I HAVE TAKEN A PLOT IN BHASKER ENCLAVE 2 3 YEARS BACK AT THE TIME OF AGREEMENT IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT THE POSSESSION WILL BE GIVEN TO ME IN ONE YEAR BUT IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS.
MR.PARMESH THE BLOODY MAN IN ODI TOLD ME ALWAYS THAT 3 TO 4 MONTHS ALSO I AM THINKIN OF TAKING ACTION AGAINST THEM MR.PARMESH AND MR.GAURAV THRU CBI AND CONSUMER COURT.
THEN ONLY THEY WIL COME TO KNOW THE REAL THING.

I DONT THINK SO THAT POSSESSSION WOULD BE GIVEN UNITIL SOME STEP TAKEN AHAINST THESE PEOPLE I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE TO COME FORWARD REAGRDING THIS MATTER.

sir i bought a plot in 2005 from odi in bhasker enclave 2 at the rate of 2189 and at that time i was said that i will be given possession in next three years bt sir still know i have nt given any possession.whenever i call i am been said by the concerned person that mr.parmesh and mr.gaurav that i will be given tha possessiopn in next three months from the last year i am been said the same statement sir i have also made all the payments i am very much upset from this kindly provide me the help if possible.
and the above concerend person also says that THE REGISTRATION IS LATE DUE TO THE J.D.A CAMPS.

Bhaskar City -a residential project at Jaipur by Orior is not on the priority list of the company.It is running behind schedule and still the company is silent on its future prospects.Donot know the fate of the customers who have booked flats in the project by paying lakhs of rupees.
