Orior Developers — Waiting for 10 yrs for possession of my plots in jaipur

I m Reena . I booked 2 plots in their project Bhaskar enclave 2 in B block in Jaipur a decade back in 2006. I have paid the full amount . But not got the possession or patta of my plots till date. Mr dhody and his staff have been fooling us for all these years. They tricked us last year by making us fill our patta files in their gurgoan office which are still lying in thier gurgoan office till date. They are intentionally postponing it from one season to another. I m totally taken aback when Mr dhody told me today that the files are in his gurgaon office only . They never sent it to Jaipur authority. I m broken now. I have lost faith in them. I m sure going to sue them. We have waited and trusted them for long ten years but not any more. Call me ( [protected]) if anybody else is also planning to file lawsuit .FIR is already registered against them at Janak Puri west Police station. Further i will expose them through media also. I swear i m not going to leave them now.

I m Reena after registering my complaint yesterday here. We got a call from Mr dhody that our some payment is due in BHASKAR ENCLAVE 2 JAIPUR plots. I just have two questions for them. Firstly we never got any demand letter from them till today.Even they did not demand it while making us fill patta files last year in march 2015.Can any builder forget to send demand letter ?They manipulated everything. Final payment is paid at the time of possession not before that. Since they have no intention of giving us possession how could they ask for it.

Secondly we have paid upto 95% payment even with the remaining 5% payment due on our side, does not make them less guilty in this entire fraud.
There are 30 people who have gathered and file a lawsuit against them in Delhi court. I m also going to join them soon.If anybody else wants to do so please contact .

Reena ji I have seen your complaint I also booked the plot of 300 sq yard and make the full payment.
after given the assurance Mr. Gaurav Dody that u will get the petta very shortily but till date no petta is received now he underground, office is closed phone are switched off nobody is responding madam we may united and make the complaint so that we may got the possession of plot and as well as interest on our deposited for delay handing over the plot. kindly contact me [protected] with request to all investor.
