[Resolved] Orior Developers & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd — taken full money for sale of plot & not issued sale deed with JDA | |||
We regret to place on record that in spite of all our efforts , After having paid all payments .on 15 nov 2012 for Rs 419807/- for 162.15 sq yards plots against your provisional allotments For plot nos c-183 . in BHASKER ENCLVE 2 , As per our application for booking duly signed by orior . M/s Orior has not given any agreements on non judicial stamp paper duly signed by director of company/ authorized signatory . Nor sale deed has been issued as on date..& is silent . We have failed to get the copy of registry paper having ownership of sold land to us by M/s orior . & registry of sold land with concerned govt body . Only given possession letter on blank open format without any signature of director & with wrong name of applicant father name. Nor director are available for meeting , Director is always away from office & mob nos given is always off staff is totally ignoring . Under above circumstances, We have no other ways but to take legal action by lodging FIR in police station having done cheating , fraud , taking others hard earned money of salaried person with filing case in consumer court with a copy to COMMISIONER JDA, CM office RAJATHAN & CM office, CREDAI office , Registrar of company act, HARYANA. & delhi Mr ASHOK AGARWAL – CHAIRMAN , Mr Sudhir Chouhan - Managing Director Mr Gaurav Dhody- GM, Sales & Mktg. Corp Office- 403, 3rd floor, AKD Towers Behind HUDA office , Sector 14, Gurgoan Haryana Your silence & no action giving, clearance for action can be taken at our end. At your cost & money . for taking our Rs 419807/ - & not transferring property papers , while taken full money towards sale cost of the same in C-183, block bhasker enclave 2 , Jaipur, Rajasthan.for plot area 162.15 sq yards area . This is our hard earned money given starting from july 2006 , Now 6.5 years has passed , & full money has taken on 15th nov 2012 with assurance of transferring property papers on 15 nov 2012 itself If you can not transfer the property while taken all money long time back , Please refund our full money with [protected]@ 24% per annum from date of first payments till date which comes to RS 674500/- Failing to get our payment for RS 674500/ with interest - Within next two days , we will be compelled to take severe action against all of you at your cost & risk .Awaiting your return reply by mail immediately .
