Orix Enterprises — harassing for money by orix enterprises

I am aiswarya. I am a student. For paying my study loan i started working in orix enterprises 20days back. They ask me to pay rs. 300 and i paid that. Then they ask me to send my photo, id proof and my signature and one video stating that i am ready to work with orix enterprises. After that they provide me the agreement stating that if i fail to achieve accuracy or submit work within 15 days i have to pay 10000 rps as utility charges. I am scared but because of my needs. I started working and within 15 days i submitted the work. Buti got a mail from them stating that i failed to achieve 90% accuracy and i got a mail from an advocate telling that i have to pay 10000rps otherwise they will file case against me. I call them and told i dont have money. Today i got a message from them stating my case number and date and under section 420 and 406. Please help me to solve this problem
