[Resolved] Orix Enterprises — harassing to pay the amount to orix enterprises for cancel the agreement | |||
Respected sir Orix enterprises company make a agreement online when i provide them adhar card. They first ask me to pay 300 for online job work for 150 pages within 15 days otherwise you will pay 9700 rupees at the time of agreement. I accept the agreement. But due to some reason i can not complete the work. I am ready to pay the amount 9700 rupees. But company did not convey me about their bank details where i have to pay and they direct taken the legal action by their legal adviser name is mr. Vijay chauhan. He call me and demand to pay 8500 by today afternoon 1 pm. I have to complete my work on dated 27/04/2019. They are harrasing me to pay the amount otherwise you have to face the problem for this like they are telling. Now they are telling to pay 18500 rupees otherwise you have to pay more and you will be arrested. What shoud i do? I am afraid. Please help me. same problem facing me and harrasement phone calls from [protected] mobile number he is from orix enterprises advocate. hs asked for 10000/ rupees for penalty and not work completed charges.
he told me put a criminal and 40 case and put a leagl notice. kindly advise on this sir. what can i do
this is fraud and cheating online company. i dont have money right now sir, so kinldy advise on this.

Please dont pay the money its all fake complain to the cops they cant do anything to you block their calls I have also done a complaint its all a Hoax.
first of all they asked to sumbit 300 rs and then they registerd my name and gave me the work load wich was completed by my on time and then they mailed me that your are not qualified for the job and then his advocate has mailed me to pay the money 8 have followed all the rules and and made more than 90% accuracy

I had also paid rs 300 for the work recently after talking to Megha (company representative). Orix sent me an agreement later after I provided aadhar card copy. In the agreement it is mentioned I will have to pay rs 10, 000 if I fail to submit work on time or does not achieve minimum accuracy of 90%. Agreement also says only notepad to be used for typing. Font to be used is times new roman, the most difficult font to read. In the agreement it is also mentioned that if company doubts 90% accuracy for the work, it may further give 100 pages to type in 5 days with 95% accuracy needed to confirm. So I refused to sign the agreement and I rejected the work. I requested to refund rs 300 back to me. But they refused. Instead they sent the agreement to my mail forging my signature and extracting my photo from my aadhar card copy and pasting it in agreement form without my consent. Totally fraud company. I advise all job aspirants to stay away from Orix Enterprises.
