Hume bhi koi advocate associate nam ka call aa raha hai aur messages bhi aa rahe hai ki apko pura amount dena padega act 1996 article 14 ke hisab se.. Ye company puri tarah se fraud hai. Kuch pranav desai naam ke bande ye mail kiya tha. Aur hame dhamki bhi de rahe hai ki hamare paas aapka voice verification aur acceptance letter hai.. Please aap sabse dua hai ki iss company ke saath deal mat kijiye.. Aap bhi fas jaoge..

Myself m santosh kumar from the poor family. I had paid 300/- to the orix enterprises for the online data entry. I couldn't complete the work due to my system break down, i had informed the same to them, but they asked me to pay money. I refused to pay money. Then they told me to pay money 10000/- to company otherwise a case will be filled in my name. They keep harrassing me to pay money. I didn't have any money to pay. They also contacted my father and gave warning to file a case on me and arrest me.
Sir i am a student, i had tried to do it as a part time for some financial assistance because my father could not afford my cost of study. Sir help me please sir.

I have paid rs 300 for the work recently after talking to teena (Company representative). Orix sent me an agreement later after i provided photo and signature copy.in the agreement it is mentioned i will have to pay rs 10, 000 if i fail to submit work on time or does not achieve minimum accuracy of 90%. Agreement also says only notepad to be used for typing. Font to be used is times new roman, the most difficult font to read.in the agreement it is also mentioned that if company doubts 90% accuracy for the work, it may further give 100 pages to type in 5 days with 95% accuracy needed to confirm. So i refused to sign the agreement and i rejected the work. I requested to refund rs 300 back to me. But they refused. Instead they sent the agreement to my mail forging my signature and extracting my photo from my aadhar card copy and pasting it in agreement form without my consent. Please help me out

This company advertises for jobs on the net, work from home and then sends a contract that if your work is not above 90% efficiency they will deduct rs 10, 000.
They start harassing young students who are looking to make some extra pocket money and dupe them of loads of money starting with rs 9000 plus and time to time take money from them threatening them of legal issues.
My daughter also got caught and had paid a huge sum of money before letting me know, she was scared to tell me, i urge all students to clock these numbers and not to pay any money instead to complain of them at the cyber cell and please inform your parents of the same.

My friend had made an agreement with orix enterprises company online when he provides them the adhaar card. They first ask him to pay 300 for online job work for 150 pages within 15 days. So he accepts the agreement. But now he sent them the completed work on time. They are saying the accuracy is less than 90% and demanded money of 10000, failing to pay before 4 pm by today (14/05/2019) they will proceed to court. He is really very scared and do no what to do so anyone can please help us with it. So that we can come out of it

I was contacted by a representative of orix enterprises, stating that i can pay rs 300 and have to type 150 image file in notepad and submit it on time. It was said that i have to achieve 90% accruacy or else my id will be terminated, but they din't infrom me that i have to pay rs 9700 if i did not achieve 90% accruacy. I completed the work and submitted it on time. Today i was contacted by advocate sanjay and he told me to pay rs 9700 or else i will face bigger problems. I am a college student and i am afraid of lossing my life and career. Kindly help me, i am afraid.

Orix enterprises company contacted me in whatsapp by asking are you interested in working with company and they said that this is a government job and make a agreement online when i provide them adhar card copy photo copy and signature copy. They first ask me to pay 300 for online job work for 150 pages within 15 days otherwise you will pay 10000 rupees at the time of agreement. I accept the agreement. But due to my degree annual examinations reason i'm not abled to complete the work. I am ready to pay the amount 10000 rupees. But company did not convey me about to pay the fine regarding to my failure in submitting the work and they directly taken the legal action by their legal adviser name is advocate mr. Vivek mehta. He call me and demand to pay 16500 by today afternoon 2 pm on 07/05/19. I have to complete my work on dated 05/05/2019. They harrashed me to pay the amount whn i refused to pay they said if you pay you will be safe otherwise you have to face the problem for this you will be cased under ipc 420 and if you have to come to court and you have to pay upto 2 to 5lakh and you are going to be arrested. If you dont want to pay that much you have to settel here only in small amount. I'm student and i feared by hearing case under ipc 420 and not spoil my carrier by filing the case on me so i accepted and payed them 16500. After that he said you will get a call from noc department for closing the case. (And the advocate said you can continue the work and after your submition you will be refunded what you lost now. I said ok and they said if they don't pay you can complaint on them so to recover my lost amount i said ok to them for continuing the work) and i got an call from noc department they said your case is came here and you paid the fine and you will get an noc certificate of clearence on fine and they demanded to pay 9000rs before 5pm on the same day to make a extension of work, and i paid them 9000 also after paying that they called next day on 8/5/19 and said your case is closed and we need your signature so come to court, i told them that i'm not from karnataka and i can't able to come there and i'm having a exams so they said if don't sign ur file will nt close so we need your signature if you not able to come you can make a sign by digital, you have to pay for that i accepted and they demanded to pay 12000 before 12pm for that, if you pay this we will send you an link to make a digital signature. Because of case fear i paid them 12000. After that i got a call from noc and they demanded 6600 for getting a signature on the document by digital on same day if you pay 6600 before 4:30pm your case will be closed completely other wise the may be reopened and you have to face big problem. So i paid that also., after that the assistant of advocate called me and said your case is closed and your free now we are sending your case file to delhi court for verification and we sent a file through corior and you will get a call from them to conformation i said ok to them, within 30min after competition of talking with advocate, i got an call by saying we are calling for delhi court your case file is came here for verification and you have to come delhi for signature if you come here then also your going to pay more than 2 lakh. I told him that i can't come there and he said yes i know everything about you so for you verification we take webdocument for proof and all for that it's charges 15510rs if you pay that your case is closed other wise the case will be reopen and you have to attend the court and you have to pay more then lakh's for that you have to pay the amount tommorow on 09/05/19 before 12pm. I paid 10510 rs in time and they said that now your case is closed completely and you will get the documents of paying this fines from noc. And the assistant advocate said that if you want to stop the work you can live that work, otherwise you can continue, if you continue you have to mentain 90% accuracy if dont mentain then you have pay the fine 10000 and the same procedure will be done for that so i said i'll stop working. He said ok and from now onwards you will not get any call or messages from any one regarding this case. But i got an call from advocate mr. Vivek mehta yesturday on 10/05/19 that saying your case is close completely and you are same from all the cases, and asked if you like to continue the work but i refused then he said that no sir you have to do work because u told to continue the work so we made an papers on that for that only you paid 9000rs, i said him that no i can't work with them so i'm canceling that, he said to close or cancle the aggriment you hav to pay amount and you have to cancle it, i asked him what's the cost for that he said according to aggriment the the duration of that aggriment is 11 months so you have pay 1 lakh but seeing your situation i can readuse the amount to your convenient so he asked me to tell the amount i said him i dnt have 1rs with me i can't so u only tell me the amount how much you say so he said i will close this aggriment and cancle the full aggriment in
Just 22000 you pay today before 5pm and cancle it i said i will think and tell you if i'm able to adjust i ll pay other wise ill complete the work and i submit. For that he said no sir if you do continue you have to make 90% accuracy and you can't do that because the work will be given harder then before so you close the aggriment in 22000. I[censored] continue you not mentain accuracy and you have pay again 60000rs for the clearing the fines cases and all andyou will charge again to cancel that also you get nearly 1lakh for that, so now only pay 22000 and your aggriment will be cancle and your full free... So i told them that i will think and i'm having exam now i will talk with you later exam and got the document fr on noc department for clearing the due by seeing that certificate there is no court name judge signature or advocate sign and seal it having only company name and sentence of telling the due is cleared of this amount and company name seal. I doughted and realised that i went roomer by hearing case on me and i stucked in this scam. So i blocked all the contact number they called me from. And i decided to complaint to an cyber crime departmen. So i'm complaining here that the company orix enterprises, looted 60000rs from me by blackmailing in the name of legal action and putting a case on you under ipc 420 and to arrest me. I not shared this with my parents and i arranged the money my itself asking from frnds and my savings of pocket money... I paid them full 60000rs. I am afraid that by refusing to pay 22000 for cancle the aggriment weather they reopen the case on they case on me. Please help me sir from this and if possible refund me the amount from them which they looted.. I know i'm the responsible for this after an educated student and studying in degree. I never make this mistake in feature. Please help me and solve the problem. And please refund me the amount i lost. I came here by trusting to get and solution... If possible help me by returning the lost amount... Please sir help me.

Aggriment copy and they sent msg that the hard copy notice is dispatched to your registered address this msg pic also attached. And i have amount transaction pics and the bank details they given to pay. Please help me sir..

One of their agent said that they dont respond or accept anything on sunday so i decided to submit on monday but they said that timr was over and i have to pay the money. They are saying to take the legal action by their legal adviser name is mr. Mihir patel. He contacted me and demand to pay 9700. I have to complete my work on time, still they are doing this. I could not complete my work as my mother is a cancer patient 4tg stage she is in hospital.. And for extension of time they are asking to pay 8500.. As i am unemployed and was not able to go out and work, i was searching for online jobs and came across this offer by the company. It was for data typing. I was said i had to complete my work within 15 days and in case i could attain accuracy i will have to pay them utility charges. I submitted my work and the next day received a quality report. It said my work was rejected and i have to pay them 10000 rupees. I told them i am unemployed and i don't have money... I can compensate by typing for a said money. But from next day onwards i am receiving calls and messages from an advocate pranab desai that they will sue me under section 420. What should i do?

Sir atfirst they asked me to pay 300 to join and i had paid it. Because of some reasons i cannot complete the work. They are threatning me to pay 10000 and i didnt pay 29.04.19 before 5.00pm. They said if you didnt pay you id will be transferred to advocate if you didnt pay i know it is a fake company with no address some phone calls are coming to my number
