Orra Diamond Jewellery — Monthly scheme non recipient of receipts

I am trying to contact Panjaguta showroom Hyderabad where I have started my scheme in December, 2021 and I paid regularly every month 5, 000 till August 2022 but it is very unfortunate that receipt are not receiving regularly as I am paying online so I have complain via coster services and to the store but till now my receipt not received whereas always they promise to send but fail to get it
I will appreciate for urgent action in this regards
