I wanted to make purchase under above scheme through my monthly scheme as it ended in december 2019.
But to my great surprise the store people told me that you cannot avail this offer as it is meant only for new customers. Does it mean orra is interested only in new customers and not in customer retention??
By such rules i think you have assumed that the customers who have enrolled themselves in monthly scheme are at your mercy because their hard earned money is with you and you are compelling them to make purchases at your terms. I had to make purchase without availing any discount.
This attitude has hurt me and i will never go to ur store in future and if the benefit of swarwn kavach scheme is not given to me i will be forced to go to consumer cell.
