Orra Diamond Jewellery — Refund not being processed

I wanted to purchase a solitaire from Orra and had requested for a viewing of the diamond. They told me that I would not be able to view the diamond without paying an amount of 1 lakh. I was assured that this is just a deposit to arrange for the viewing of the diamond and if I don’t like the diamond the same would be refunded. Based on this assurance I paid the amount by credit card. When I closely inspected the certificate of the diamond I saw that it had fluoresce and requested vide what’s app that another diamond of the same quality without fluoresce be arranged. When didn’t receive any revert for a day I called and communicated this and I was assured that such arrangements would be made. However, I was not shown a diamond of the same quality. When the store was unable to show me a diamond of the same quality I requested for a refund. I was assured that the refund would be processed. However, a day after providing all the bank account details required for the refund, I was informed by the sales person attending to us that Orra would deduct 2 % charges. This is not just illegal but even a breach of faith as this wasn’t communicated to us while paying the deposit. I have been chasing the Orra team since 7 days and I haven’t received any refund nor has a time line been provided to me.
