I am yet to receive a revert. One of his person had called and negotiated for Rs 1 lacs . I had told him .Orra claims to be big brand . It is no ordinary brand. Even Tanish is the similar grade . Had made the person speak to Tanish .They had given a rate of Rs 1.95 lacs for similar diamond.

Isnt the company cheating the customers while selling. Today they are offering me Rs 84000 which is the cost 9 years back.

If this is false the anyone a can go and try this in ORRA Diamond shop at Vasi. They still commit that the resale will be at market price.

First they lied then and now they are cheating now.

I would request any media person to go and record the same, how the company is blatantly lying and cheating the customer while buying . They promise to buy at the market rate and then deny later.

What is the basis of giving the quotation. The company has given a quotation to buy. Is there no increase in 9years for diamond.The same product in similar brand is available at double the price.
There is no point of posting in this site if the consumers are not getting their rightful dues. The Orra staff is calling and negotiating with me for a Rs 100000 now. Its feels disgusting when a value in 10 years has for diamonds u get a an offer of only same value offered by ORRA .

Diamond as a product is always better to sell to the company you have purchased or else you will get lesser price so now you are in the hands of the seller.ORRA is armtwisting and you take whatever they offer or you lose full amount.
I am complaing about orra vashi mumbai centre, my name is Dr Abhilasha telhande having diamond account, since 1month taking fallow up from this shop but staff is irresponsible and nobody having product knowledge, still not received product pls help me, my no [protected],

    I have invested in a scheme of orra over a period of 2 years so that i can shop jewelry for my weddings. My wedding day has approached but orra has not yet delivered my jewelry and my investment is completely wasted. Orra store is not responding properly and neither refunding my money nor allowing me to purchase gold coins or bars with my already invested money.

        I was a member of your gold and diamond kitty in ludhiana showroom before 4 years approx.
        When they need members they agree for all as customer want but then time to come for return payment of scheme they behave rudely.
        I give them 3/4 members also but when scheme matured all members purchased with so much difficulties n rudely behaved by your staff with me also.
        Thousands of time i talked for refund my money scheme matured always reply we will do.
        Niw i need money fir my mothers operation but their reply as usual.
        I feed up now n decide to go through media n consumer court for claim my money with 24 percent interest n mentally harassment compensation also if any executive not take any action in my case after read this complaint in a days.

          I had purchased diamond earrings rs 40000in orra kormangala in october, and started a scheme of rs5000 on the same day. After 5 months, one of the earrings back stopper hole became big. It was coming out of the earring. So i went to the showroom, i remember it was before holi, i have given it for repair, they were not ready to give a new stopper. They said for repair it takes 2 weeks time as they need to send it to mumbai. But unfortunately i got a call after 1 week from orra and said repair is done and can collect earrings from showroom. I was out of station so couldn't collect that day and went to collect after a week. But still repair was not done. And i'm sure they did not send it to mumbai. There was no progress. I gave it back to them to make it proper. They took more than 2 weeks. And called me and said we are not able to do it repair and you can come and collect. Then i got angry and said i want this to be repaired, then they said that called local gold smith and made a new stopper with the same gold. After 20 days, the stopper has become light red color, copper color. I called those people and asked, then 1 lady called keerthi in koramangala, she was giving such a reckless answer that, it happens because of the creams we use or for perfumes. It is really surprising that gold color changes for the perfumes and creams. And 1 more lady in koramangala branch varsha, she was actually the responsible person for this, because he was the one who has shown me product and she was the one to whom i have given it make it repair. But she did not send it to mumbai. Worst experience ever had.

            I joined orra desire eternity- 11 months advance jewellery purchase scheme on 25nov. 2015 and paid my last instalment on 11sep. 2016 and got my Pass Book on 31 jan.2017 from SPAAG sales pvt. ltd. 12, sapphire heights, A.B. Road, Indore ( M. P. ) . i visited same ORRA store to purchase jewellary numer of times but all times they replied that we have ordered jewellary to companyand at present we are not having jewellary. on dated 07 feb.2017 i visited ORRA Store, City Center. OPPO.High court INDORE (M.P.) and wanted to purchase jewellary but bluntly they refused to sell jewellary after seeing my pass book and all ligal documents and told that we do not sell jewellary under scheme i shown them ORRA written term & conditions in which they clearly stated that customer can purchase ORRA jewellary from any store of the company but they refused and neither they are ready to give me in writting. i write down the complaint in their Note Book. now i am feeling duped and quite at see what to do now as original ORRA store not having jewellary wherefrom i joined the scheme and other ORRA store not giving me jewellary under the ORRA scheme. i want to know who will be responsible if Gold Prises increses and discount scheme which is being closed on 17 feb.2017 ? who will incur the loss.? it is clearly violation of Term& conditions and cheating with customers. kindly help me and take appropriate action against such ORRA stores so in future illiterate or old senior citizen will not be cheated in such a way. my customer code is [protected] duly sealed and signed by ORRA authorised sore.

            I bought a platinum ring with three diamonds on it on 14 feb 2016 for rs 61000(approximate). I bought it from Hyderabad store and went to Bangalore store -kormanagala to exchange it . They told me that the ring will be sent to quality check in Mumbai and the price value will be evalauated. I didn't carry by invoice. I waited for 10 days and i was quoted rs 46000 as final value for exchange against similar ring or rs 43000 if i want to sell it.
            I couldn't find any design that suits my taste so i went to Bangalore-phoenix mall showroom. there i liked a ring worth same price, i carried my invoice and the store people evaluated the worth of my ring purchased on 14 feb 2016 to be rs 56000. They too sent it for qc on sat and on Monday i got the call that the quality check team has no yet received the ring but there system shows price to be 46000.
            I saw in Bangalore phoenix mall the same ring which i bought on 14feb 2016 on display with same 61000(Approx price)..My ask:
            1) when i bought the ring two years back and even go to any orra store for purchase i was told that 95% percentage of value of diamond and plat will be given for exchange...this is not the case
            2) I was told that since 14 feb 2016 prices of plat/diamond has gone down, i checked the historic chart and see the prices have been the same. Also, if the prices are up why are they selling exact same ring for same price which was sold to me 2 years back.
            3) The store evaluate one price and the Mumbai branch another that too with a variance of rs 10000

            I failed to understand that how can i ring selling at exact same value today has depreciation or cut of rs 16000(Approx) justified. no on explained how the exchange value of rs 46000 was evaluated, was it making charges of rs 16000 or the variance because of diamonds or plat rates gone down...which doesn't make sense.

            I'm in a fix as i cant use the same ring as it was purchased on 14 feb 2016 by me in haste and its two size up then what i wear and i need one in lieu of that for my marriage. can some one please address and get me a better price rather a "orra choice price".

            Please tell me the math's used to derive the evaluation of a two year old ring which is sold at same price in orra stores across india.

              It was april 2015 when i first visited your store in southex regarding the purchase of a platinum diamond ring. I have purchased a ring then of model no. PMR13042-D200PP, lot no. 843524 with the price of 41, 430 rupees.
              In August 2016, i went back to the store to get the ring replaced by cash/ or another jewellery. I was told that first this ring should be submitted back to the store and it will be then sent to the headquarters for its evaluation and scrutiny. It took 15 days for this. Finally on 29th august 2016, i was told the cost of this ring as 32800 in the present if i d buying a jewellery. But if i want cash in return then there will be another 5% deduction from the actual cost. I opted to select a jewellery item for the same price told. I have selected a half eternity band of model no. ORG05054 which contained 11 diamonds of 0.3 carat weight fit in a row in paralell to each other. But due to nonavailability of the appropriate size, I was told to order a new piece, which will be delivered in 10 days to their stores from the headquaters. After number of phone calls and number of store visits, I have recieved an almost similar looking product BUT NOT THE SAME on 27th october 2016.
              ITS JUST GROSS AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A huge brand like orra.
              I havent ordered the ring which is delivered to me that too without any bill or certificate.. was told that it will be couriered.
              I got back home and tried the ring, found something different about it. then compared the structure of this ring with the one which i ordered.. i have attatched the pictures with this email to u too. The first two pictures are of the ring which i have ordered and last picture is of the ring which i have recieved.
              This is really very embarrassing and harassing. How can u guys be this much irresponsible...
              The ring i recieved contains 10 diamonds, rather than 11 and also is lighter in weight and different in design and i wascharged 36864 rupees for this.!!!
              I need an explaination and a quick replacement of this product with which i have ordered, else i will have to take up this case to consumer court.
              taking two months time to get an order done then delivering totally a wrong product that too without any bill or certificate.

                  I'm appending the copy of a letter i had sent to orra diamonds on 27th july, 2016 for redressal.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                  Hi,
                  I’m vijayalakshmi nair, and i have been your customer for over 2 years. this is the first time i’m writing to you, and it’s unfortunate that it is because i’m absolutely disappointed with the shoddy customer service that i’ve been subjected to.
                  In april 2015, i joined a scheme you guys were floating where i could pay rs. 4, 000/- per month for 10 months and i would be eligible to purchase jewellery worth rs. 44, 000/- in the 12th month. the outlet was the one on waterfield road, bandra (w), mumbai.

                  The first installment was paid via credit card and i submitted 9 cheques drawn on the bank of maharashtra (cheque nos. 070159 to 070167) on the 24th of april 2015
                  All fine till here.

                  On october 15, a sales girl named sujata called me and told me about exciting discounts and made an offer of closure of the scheme in october if i wished. i did not accept this.

                  On 28th april 2016, i went to orra, selected jewellery worth rs. 44, 000/- just as the scheme entitled me to. during billing, i was told that the erstwhile manager made a mistake and my scheme was converted into a 5 month’s scheme where i would pay rs.20, 000/- (over 5 months) and would be eligible to buy jewellery worth rs. 22, 000/- in the 6th month. not to mention the fact that this was done without my consent, no one even called me and told me that the offer had matured, and kept my pdcs with them all this while, not to mention my money that remained in the company account for the entire tenure of the scheme.

                  As such slipshod and irresponsible manner of working is not something i appreciate, i didn’t want to purchase jewellery from a place that takes customers for granted so blatantly. i asked the manager for a full refund of my money with accrued interest thereof. the manager told me that he’ll talk to the head office and get back to me.

                  Then there was no intimation till 16th of july, and i went to the store along with my friend, to inquire. the manager was rude to both o[censored]s, saying that they have encashed only 4 cheques, and the remaining 5 cheques can be taken back and i can purchase jewellery for rs. 22, 000/- in short, he would do nothing to mitigate the fact that they had messed up. eventually, we settled for buying jewellery worth rs. 24, 000/- (20, 000 being my contribution and the 4, 000 the company’s, since the closure wasn’t my fault).
                  I then bought jewellery worth rs. 24, 000 and while that was being billed, i asked for the pdcs back, the ones that were not encashed. i was given only 4 cheques. the cheque no. 070163 dated 15/09/2015 was missing. sensing something amiss, i asked for all the documents pertaining to my account and was aghast to learn that the cheque 070163 had been encashed and an advance payment receipt had been made.

                  Basically, this means that they encashed 5 cheques (worth rs. 20, 000/-) apart from the first installment of rs. 4, 000 paid via credit card, and were allowing me to purchase jewellery for exactly the same amount (rs. 24, 000), all the while defrauding me by saying that rs. 4, 000 is being contributed by the company.

                  When this came to light, the manager who till then was insulting us, suddenly turned pale and started apologizing and asking us to let the matter rest, as his job was at stake.

                  Needless to say, the entire experience is deplorable to say the least, and least expected of a brand like orra.

                  I now want a full settlement of the amount, the rs.24, 000 that has been taken from my account plus the rs. 4, 000 i was supposed to get as interest, paid back to me. note: i do not want to make a purchase for this amount. i want it paid back to me. since such an experience does not really make me want to shop there anymore.

                  Do keep in mind, i’m not asking for a compensation of any sort, either for altering my scheme without my permission, or the mental agony inflicted on me and my friend by an insensitive manager.

                  I hope to hear a favourable response. failing that i will be forced to approach the consumer disputes redressal forum.

                  My complaint dated 29th July is still not attended to by Orra Diamonds. I'm waiting for their response. It seems they are not interested in either resolving the grievances of their customer or in saving the reputation of the company.

                  I am ORRA customer and invested in monthly scheme since last 10 months. This month i.e on 5th of Nov. 2018, when i went to orra store at DB mall, Bhopal to purchase my diamond product, they refused to give me Diwali offer of 20% discount on Diamond Jewellery. 60k was my investment+ 9000 was Orra's Share. the MRP of my product was 88000. After discount (- 20%) the price was around 70, 400. But they ask me to pay 19000 rs. as difference of my invested money + their share.
                  So, my question to Orra is - What is the benefit of investing my money to your company ?? If I am not eligible for your company's festival offers. To whom you are giving this discount?? Is there any difference between your regular or instant customer. My money is still with them, either give me 20% discount or give my money back with interest. It would be better if i had invested my money in bank (RD) and with that money i could enjoy your festival discount.

                    I had submitted previous month one diamond ring which was bought from Orra-South Ex New Delhi during the month of June 2005. I accidentelly misplaced the bill. The staff in South Ex said they will send it for evaluatin in Bombay and will get back in 7 days. I had to follow uo for this 10 times after 15 days. They called me and informed that this cant be done as they cant track when was it purchased. My only question is even if the bill is not there there are many ways to track if the ring was purchased from Orra. south Ex staff confirmed that they are sure its from Orra as the logo is visible but they cant help. This is how the so called BIG BRAND treats the customers while you go to re-sale. We buy jewellery treating it as an asset and can be used during bad days. Really Disappointing and no one should opt for Orra. Same thing happened with Tanishq... they provided the cheque after evaluation in 8 days.No one from South Ex is even responding to my phone calls. the no is[protected]

                      This year in month of April 2012 back during the sale of Orra we bought a Solitare Ring from ORRA store Chandigarh for my wedding on 25th September. I barely wore it for some days & the side Solitare 2 pieces fell off.
                      Disgusted... I went to their store & their was no redressal... they sent my ring for checking at their center where rings are made but they are now telling us to pay the price of the fallen Diamonds.
                      To my sheer disgust they told me that such rings are only to be worn occasionaly. I have been wearing a Solitare ring for past 3 years, day & night & never has the diamonds setting fell off. I am highly disgusted & dissatisfied by the way Orra's Solitares are set & the behaviour at their stores.
                      Never have I heard in my life a solitare falling off just beacuse you wear it for 15 days. I am disgusted of ORRA. I am writting here in hope of some redressal.
                      The only redressal was you pay & we will get it fixed. They carry no responsibility towards thier customers. This is sheer ripping off of consumers money & making a fool out of them. Wishing for a different reply & a redressal. My main objective of writing this complaint is that I have been ripped I just hope none else falls prey to their tactics.

                        Appended below is the detailed contents of the letter I wrote to Orra Diamond on 4-5-11 about the Humiliating & Un-Professional attitude of their staff & how I was duped by them:


                        Dear Rosyblue / Orra,

                        I felt very insulted & annoyed visiting your store in Ludhiana, India by your staff Ms. Kuldeep Kaur.

                        My office is on the 1st floor of the same building where your showroom is located. In April 2009, first time I went to your showroom & bought a platinum ring for my wife & subsequently I was perused by another staff member Mrs. Dolly to enroll for a monthly kitty for Rs.2000.00 in my wife’s name etc.

                        As my wife never visited your store for kitty, I use to pay the kitty amount to Ms. Kuldeep or Mrs. Dolly. As it was not a routine practice for me, I never asked for the receipt on a good faith. 1 or 2 times I was provided the receipt at the showroom & 1 receipt was sent to my office. Total 3 receipt’s I got.

                        It never came in to my mind that it can be a loss to me. Once I forgot the kitty for 1 month & gave Rs.4000.00 next month to either of the one of your staff, which I clearly remember, but was never entered in their records. The payment for last 2 kitties only (Rs.4000.00) was to be paid. When my wife visited your store few months back to clear the same, was told that payment for the total 5 kitties is balance. This was a shock to me. Anyhow, I told my wife that there is no point in arguing now, as it is my mistake not to get all the receipts & maybe it is a lesson for me not to trust anyone on financial matter and would give them the total amount Rs.10,000.00 & clear the chapter.

                        For this purpose, I went to your store to meet Ms. Kuldeep Kaur to clear the total balance. Before starting the conversation, I noticed that she was very uncomfortable. I had a very good repo with her, as on Aug-10; I did my second purchase also. I just told her in a very healthy tone that I’ve come here to clear the total balance as per her records. Though, I have lost Rs.6000.00 in kitty account but expect you to give me a better discount in my next purchase to cover the loss. That’s all.

                        She immediately started speaking in a very loudly & unhealthy manner, like what do you mean that we are cheat, it is your responsibility to take receipt, & other foul words etc. I was literally taken aback. I told her that I am here to clear the total amount you have asked for & never said you anything harsh. But she seemed to be in a pre conceived notion, that she has to say these words to me anyway, whenever I visit her for the same. It was really very shocking. I just told her that the words you are saying to me were actually to be told by a customer to you. But in my case I’m giving you the total money & asking you to clear the same. But, it seems that she was not expecting such gentle behavior from me. She might’ve expecting that I would argue with her, & when I did not, she got confused & started speaking the foul language what she might’ve been rehearsing for long.

                        I feel very lucky that while making purchase in Aug-10, I was again being lured to enroll in a kitty & this time for Rs.10, 000.00. Which, I never opted. Otherwise, the future loss would’ve been much higher.

                        Anyhow, I handed over Rs.10, 000.00 to her & asked for the receipt. By hearing her raised voice, some other person of your staff came & asked me that I should go to my office & he would send the invoice & would collect the money afterwards; as the system is not working right know. And she banged the money on the table. What an attitude! It was 10:40am in the morning. Around 3:30pm I called up that gentleman (his name I dn’t know) & was told that the system is still not working. At 6pm I again called up & got the same reply. When I insisted for a confirmed reply, I was told to contact in the morning. What a reply! I feel they are doing it deliberately just to harass me & it also feels like that I’ve purchased something from a roadside vendor. Very un-professional attitude.

                        I would request you to pl. look in to the matter & ask them to clear the account.

                        It was a very humiliating experience in deed. Maybe in India, it is never paid attention to train your staff in good customer behavior / relationship etc. Ultimately, these types of instances would bring bad name to your organization & would loose customers.
