Orra Diamond Jewellery — Scheme GIS-18000

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your notice that I am a customer for Scheme GIS -18000, started in Aug 2022 at the Orra Diamond Jewellery, Bandra, Mumbai, store, Cust A/C No: C[protected]

I have been repeatedly having issues. I have aired my complaints and grievance innumerable times but these are not being addressed by the staff or the manager. Ultimately, I have raised a complaint on watsapp and was informed by the store manager that Priyanka Asst Floor Manager will handle this complaint, but I have till date not received any response or call or update. In spite of repeated follow ups, I have not been provided any email or phone number for escalating the issue to the senior manageent. Below is the complaint sent on watsapp.

"Dear Sir
This is to inform you that I, Dr Sofia Baig, had enrolled into the scheme GIS-18000 in Aug 22, cust id: C[protected]
I have paid the installation for Aug, Sep and Oct 22. I wish to state that for every installment payment I have been facing issues. I receive no reminders and no updates. Every month I have to make repeated calls and have been struggling to make the payment. I am repeatedly assured that this will not be repeated but face the same issues repeatedly.
I contacted you too and was assured of immediate action and that you will personally look after you return to the office as you were on vacation. But till date, I have received no update or call from you. It is surprising that the customer is making repeated follow ups, reminders, and calling incessantly but you or your representative do not even call back the customer.
I had conveyed last month, i.e., in Nov 22, that I want to escalate but no email id or phone number was provided of senior management inspite of my repeated follow ups. I had said that I do not want to continue with the scheme but still no action has been taken. I can produce all the watsup messages to show the repeated follow ups that I have done. Since no email id was provided, I am writing on watsapp.
I do not want to associate myself with such an organization which neither values it's customers nor addresses customer grievances. I have never seen such inefficient services in any jewellery organization.
Due to above mentioned reasons and as conveyed in Nov 22 itself, I do not want to associate myself with such a disappointing inefficient company. I have informed in Nov 22 itself that I want to close the GIS-18000 scheme with immediate effect but I have till date received no response from you or your representative. So consider this watsapp message as an official letter from me.
Kindly refund the amount that I have paid till date or let me make a purchase equivalent to the amount paid, failing which I will be compelled to take legal action and use social media platform to air my grievance.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest. This unprofessional, inefficient service is totally unacceptable.
