Let you know that I have pay 500/- rs. A new ortel connection yesterday. He asked me a new connection afternoon, but still that not a single person connect my new connection.

Also yesterday and today no one receive my call, regarding this issue.

Kindly Follow up this Distributors and Solve my problem asap.

Coustermer care no always switch off.
My internet services down 4 days ago...to many complains to paradeep office ...but no internet coming till date...this type of service always harrassed me......

Tv not working from 6 Nov after changing set up box. Irrespective of thousands follow up no response from company and no support been provided. If this time this complain won't address, will be going to raise it in consumer court.thanks...

From almost one month wifi is not working 1st they took month bill payment and transaction if but later on they have stopped replying i have been trying to connect wth customer care but no reponse . Now i want to uninstall it and have my refund but they are scamming peopple like this....

No internet from last 5 days. online light of modem is just blinking. worst service. customer care number can't be connected.

Since October, star and sony channels are not broadcasting in our television .pls resolve this problem as soon as possible....

Wifi is not working for past 4 days and I heard only update from support team that there is a hardware issue at backend.
But 4 days seriously we don't have wifi, so why we will choose your service....

Tv show s no signal since last two day though our payment is upto date.. If it continues then we should forced to opt for other tv channel and also this problem occurred frequently....

From 1-2 months many channels were not coming like star gold, star plus, UTV movies, etc. And then after 1-2 week set Max, sony, etc new channels were come instead of the lost channels. But from 1 week no program is coming. It's shows "no signal".
Please help me out or else I will throw out your ortel setup box and bought other company setup box...Hope you solve my problem ASAP....

Sir, One pole of Ortlel and another pole of R-Jio erected jointly and touching my compound wall are posing threat to my life and property, Another pole of yours are only 6-7ft away. Some months ago a miscreant tried to reach my balcony by climbing up the poles, These two poles are in middle of my property. I request you to kindly shift it to the end of my compound wall near to your old one. R-Jio has agreed to shift its pole to the end of...

Even though we are doing the full payment, the caber operator isn't making us avail all the channels we are paying for. In fact, 90% of the channels are not available to us. The toll free number is also not reachable....

Sir my cust ID:[protected], there is no signal in our area since last 3 days but not a single one is there in ortel communication to solve the said issue.While contacting them every number of the office here at Puri, Odisha, even toll free customer care number also not responding.I just hate this type of company playing emotions of people.Request to take strong action against this type of mismanagement in service....

We have paid our bill today from 12 pm and now it's 8.30 pm bt still we are not getting the connection of cable. This is not the 1st time we r facing this type of problem before tht many more times. They are not concious abt their services and they always pulling their customers into trouble. We r not getting the proper connection always. We had faced conection failed like situation max time in the month and getting the connection after 3/4...

I always paid the bill ontime and i subscribe the STAR channel but i cann't see the star channel for a few days i called on customer care number many times but you didn't respond the call. is this your service? Just solve my problem or i will disconnect your connection....

There is no digital tv signal found in my provided Ortel tv setup box.

There is no signal for the past 10days . After complaining for 3 times also nothing is resolved . Is this how the service you provide ?

It has been 13 days the star channels are not coming . We have also paid money . But this ortel Communication ( the worst communication ever ) . Just solve the issue nor we will complaint in police station. And we will ban ortel . Just solve within 5 days 😠...

Broadband and Digital Cable disconnected since 10 days. All channels from Star are blocked. Customer care number not responding....
