It has been 7 days the star channel pack not coming. They are telling that there is signal issue but not solving them .

      Every month I have paid my monthly bill on offline... I also paid my monthly bill... They don't give any recipt... But my star sports 4 channel is blocked why I am also paid my bill offline by member ortel on my area... My costumer id is[protected] please sir please please slove my issue and active my star sports channel 4 channel... I have already paid for this channel

        Last 15 day i am not getting any kind of service from your end. I have complained many times through your customer care service but nothing is happening from your end.

        So it's my request to resolve the issue ASAP and refund my paid amount which was paid earlier as advance. (due to link down from 15 days)

          Iam paying money for all channels . but some channels is not coming so fix it as early as possible.after fixing someday it will come and go.so please fix and dont cut channels like disnep, hungamma, disnep xd and all and etc .please

            Hi Team

            On the month September 2020 I had requested for the broadband connection, due to some budget issues company didn't provide me the connection.

            And I have already paid the Rs.970 rupees of payment to your agent (Bubu).

            And I have called multiple times (more than 20) to your customer care, visited office more than 5-6 times for my refund.

            I have called to Bubu and Personally meet with Mr. Paul, and handover all the required documents (Adhar Card, Cancel Cheque, Google Pay Screenshot of my payment to Bubu) to him.

            I have provided all the required documents on 12th December 2020, but till now I did not get my refund from Ortel, which looks bad..

            After multiple time of call customer care agent shared one senior person mobile number and his name is Tipun, I have contacted over the whatsApp (As informed by Customer care) but no response.

            Its been more than 7 months Ortel did not process my refund. Even I have contacted multiple times over an email and phone[protected] to [protected]@ortelgroup.com, [protected]@ortelgroup.com, [protected]@ortelgroup.com but no response. This is such an irresponsible company. Looks like completely fraud. Taking users money and not doing refund. Even I did not get any my refund.

            Hope this will be address by https://www.consumercomplaints.in.

                    I am subscriber of your company bearing M No. 01329275 at Berhampur. My cable connection maximum times comes with a message that NO SIGNAL. Even after paying regularly the monthly charges I am unable to watch the Television as I am Senior Citizen having 82 years of age, it is my only source of entertainment in the panedemic period. I have complained the local collection agent but every thing goes in vein. Please look into the matter.

                            First I wiould like to say that the service provided by Ortel Communications Bhubaneswar is the worst one can even imagine. The internet goes offline every now and then. Either you call customer care or wait for few hours, it will come back. The speed goes way down to kbps for few hours also.

                            The major issue started on 25th May 2021 when the broadband internet went offline. Complain was raised to customer care on 26th May. Since then we have been calling regularly to the so called Customer care (who literally haas no power to get the problem rectified) about the status and the typical reply we receive is "Sir, The problem will be sorted today at the earliest". But nothing happens. Even no one calls to find out the problem also.

                            It seems the connectivity problem cannot be handled by customer care. Even the higher authorities are not responding on emails. So, basically in this lock down you are stuck

                              My broadband connection (Consumer No[protected] has been offline since the last 5 days. I have registered a complaint and have reached out to customer care multiple times. However, there hasn't been any response for resolution. The only response from customer care has been someone will reach out to you over phone today, which hasn't happened since the last 3 days at least. This shows extreme apathy towards consumer issues.

Even after paying updated payment & after repeated complain in ur complaint no. No one is responding. I[censored] can not provide service by tomorrow then pl u will disconnect my service...lot of service provider are available in market.

                                  Having an issue with broadband since lockdown over. Went there office, gave complain a lot of time through the phone still, they won't fix it. it's like they r harassing me. some time net get dc every 15 min. always and now from 3 months every time at evening after 6 pm the upload speed will remain 0 till morning 7 a clock. I[censored]pload speed remains 0 means u cant send mail, chat, post a comment, some sites will not load and it's impossible to do video chat coz u can't send any data at that time. the problem is there no more net connection in my area so i had to stick with them.

                                  Please help me i m suffering a lot and i can't do any of my work nowadays. My ortel membership Number is 00059583
