To Manager, Customer care, Ortel communications Dear sir, I would like to intimate you that being a old customer of last 20yrs of your organization convey my dissatisfsction for poor service beyond imagination and not tolerable. The dth tv connection was disconnected for last 2years because of very poor service only internet service was continuing. Again on request of your sahidnagar staff i activated your dth tv service on 27.07.2019 making all necessary payments. But it is a matter of regret that your installation staff came with new cable wire but tv connected with oldcable wire which was lying in my house given in earlier connection. He took away the new cable wire with him inspite of my request of installation of new cable wire. As a result we are facing difficulties due to frequent disruption of dth tv service link may be the old cable wire has been indamaged condition due to last fani cyclone. Kindly take necessary steps for replacement of old cable service connection and main line wire and control box. Incase i have no alternative button switch over other service provider incase trouble free service is not given by end of 30september2019. Internet service connection is also having equal problem. Since last three months, there is no signal. When complaining, they said we will look the matter within two days. But every time they fail to do. I have been complained more than 5-6 times but no response from their side. Every time only assurance is given to me.

Our modem is not working properly and not receiving any signal. For which we are unable to access internet. Please resolve the problem quickly.
