I have applied consolidate memo on 18th July 2022 through osmania University website. I have applied it on urgent mode and its was clearly mentioned that I can my memo by 7 working days and i took courier delivery option paying 500 rupees.And then there was no update from the university not even a single mail or message I got from them. Today I, e 16th August I went to the university block MBA section and asked the counter person about my memo, he was a pathetic person with arrogant behavior. He told me that i can collect it now from other counter. It was suppose to delivered by courier to my address but I wouldn't happen, and I didn't receive my 500 rupees which I have paid for courier, I have ask the counter person he said I don't know about that. Please take action on this
