EN[protected] mp receipt num ...it has been 17 days since I applied for my OD., I tried calling them 100 times and no response from them. I applied it urgent mode as I really need it ASAP to apply for my work permit, , please address this issue

Its been 4 months now and there is no Update on the status of my Transcripts that were to be sent to WES from OU.
I applied for it using Urgent mode (Which is supposed to be sent to WES in 7 working days) buts its already 4 months and I am not sure what the Department of Osmania University is actually doing.
I tried to call on all the numbers given on website and there is no single number which works.
what Kind o[censored]niversity is this who takes no responsibility for their Students????
if at all a phone number gets Connected luckily, the management over there talks in such a Rude manner that i cannot even explain and wonder how such people are even given Jobs.
Look into this matter ASAP and provide a status Update Immediately. Here is the Transaction ID and Payment Made:

I made online payment to dispatch my post graduation consolidated marks memo in urgent mode and paid rs 712/-. Attached receipt for your reference.

There were two modes of dispatch.
1) if certificate applied in normal mode : certificate will be dispatched in 25 working days.
2) fasttrack/urgent mode : certificate will be dispatched in 7 working days + postal time.

Since i have chosen urgent mode and the amount was paid on 30th Dec 2021, i tried following up by email and phone but didn't get any response.

If the certificate is not dispatched till now then what is the point in charging more for fasttrack/urgent mode. It is like cheating people.

I am raising this complaint as its been close to a month now and so far did not receive any information about the certificate dispatch.

I applied for transcripts on 3rd January, 2022 in an urgent mode. Its been more than 3 months, I havent received them. I visited OU Examination branch couple of times to follow-up. I got poor response. They said they will process in 10 days however, nothing has come so far.

Date of incidents:7/3/22, 9/3/22, 11/3/22, 15/3/22, 17/3/22, 21/3/22, 11/4/22.

full description of the incident:
I am a student from bachelor of engineering, 2nd year, a computer science and engineering student, bearing hall ticket number[protected].
I am going to end up my life 😭after the results of third semester because the correction process is going on inappropriate, untrue and dishonestly.
all the money which I kept on paying for the revaluation and backlog fee's is of no use and even though writing the answer scripts perfectly and exactly, the correction committee is unethical in correcting my papers.
the date of incidents which I had mentioned above are my third semester main examination dates and the last date resembles in first semester backlog examination date. this third semester and also the first semester backlog exam, I am very much perfect on my exams that I after completion of my exams, I have calculated my sgpa, and this time I am scoring 9.8 sgpa on my third semester main examinations and 9.7 sgpa on my first semester examination.and it is exactly and exactly true.
in the first semester the revaluation fee for three subjects and backlog fee for three subjects costs(1800+1220)=3, 020/- rupees.irrespective of the main examination fee which is 2, 320/- rupees.the total examination fee paid for first semester is (3020+2320) =5, 340/- rupees.
I had written absolutely perfectly in all the subjects but even though the correction process went wrong and I got left with one backlog again.
in the second semester the revaluation fee for three subjects and backlog fee for three subjects costs(1800+1220)=3, 020/- rupees.irrespective of the main examination fee which id 2, 120/- rupees.the total examination fee paid for first semester is (3020+2120) =5, 140/- rupees.
after the revaluation, the results came out to be passed, why this honest correction is not done at the main examination itself? here the point is about the money, after paying the revaluation fee of 1800 and also the backlog fee of 1220+1220, for two semesters, which is 2, 440/- .the total amount of 4, 820/-, (3020+1800) would be saved if the correction is done honestly at the main examination itself.
now at the third semester we have paid the main examination fee which is 2, 200/- and it is mandatory.
now coming to the whole total amount which I have paid to the examination branch is (2, 320+1, 800+1, 220+2, 120+1, 800+1, 220+1, 220+2, 120) 13, 820/-.
from this 13, 820/- if we remove the mandatory exam fee, then I have paid 7, 7800/- rupees only for revaluation and supplementary.
from this 7, 780/-, the revaluation fee which I have paid is 3, 600/-.
if the correction is done perfectly, then this money would be saved😭
from the past 18 months, the income of our family has come down significantly lower.the total amount of 13, 820/- I have paid this amount from my own savings which I am saving it from the past 5 years.but now I am left with only 50/- rupees left 😭

if the correction of the examinations is done perfectly and accurately without any false corrections, the my result will be 9.8 sgpa and 9.7 sgpa on my third and first semesters respectively.
I had decided to end up my life😭because I lost all the hope in the correction committee of my examination because, even though writing all the examinations perfectly, the result of these exams made me to take this decision.
my parents believe only in results, but these results were playing with the life of student😭.if there are any backlogs come up this time or once again paying for revaluation or backlog fee's, then I had decided to end up my life on the results day itself.I am going to end up my life mysteriously😭 no worries to my parents and also to the Osmania university exam branch, I had taken this decision because even writing the answers perfectly, exactly, truly and accurately, there are still backlogs coming up and this time I cannot pay any amount to the backlog and revaluation fee's and three is no amount in my savings also.the income of our family is too low that with the revaluation fee of 600/- itself, my family can live for 4 days and also withe backlog fee itself my family can live for 2 weeks. as I end up my life😭then the upcoming examination fee's also gets to my family.
I have no worries to end up my life, because as perfect I am, imperfect the examination branch is, as it is the inversely proportional concept, this cannot be directly proportional.
I had found out that the only way to solve this problem is, it's me, if I end up my life with a suiside then every aspect around me, it may be family or it may be examination branch.
desirable solution:
as mentioned above, if the correction is done perfectly and truly, then my result will be 9.8 sgpa in third semester and 9.7 sgpa in first semester. i am pretty much sure about my examinations and I had also cross-checked all my answers at the end of the exam itself.so there will be no doubt in getting 9.8 sgpa in third semester and 9.7 in first semester.

the only way for a common citizen to reach to the higher officials is letter writing.that is the reason why I am inculcating a letter so that it reaches you and please try to understand. I am a top ranker student and a student like me only believes on the result even though if there is no money. but in my case, even I am a top ranker student, the results are gone wrong from starting of the first semester and till date, the true result did not come.as mentioned earlier, i need to get 9.8 sgpa and 9.7 sgpa in my third and first semesters respectively.

P.V Ram Reddy college is under osmania university but collection high exam fee than notified by osmaina university there the exam fee is 3600 for mba sem 2 cbcs they collected 5700 and for sem 3 instead of 3500 which is notied by ou they are collecting 5100 when asked to they sre showing some demand notied which i confirmed with different colleges they have no idea what demand notice pvrr is collecting of. There are almost 300 students* 2000(additional fee collecting) = 6, 00, 000 additionally they are charges on student i have all the call recordings and fee receipts please help me

Today is the last date of paying exam fee of degree final year .but the college Bhavans new science college.they are accepting the exam fee.telling that pay tomorrow along with late fee...

Good afternoon sir. I'm an UG student from a college sir and we have a small issue sir. Firstly OU didn't do proper corrections o[censored]G sem 2 exam papers and then we applied for revaluation before 40 days by paying a particular fee for it.So from many days we are eagerly waiting for our revaluation results o[censored]G but they are taking too much of time to release them sir.They have released results of remaining all like B. Com LLB, Pre ph.d courses etc., sir.Even the exam fee of sem-3 is also released by OU but none is bothered about sem-2 revaluation results sir.We can't wait for such a long time sir, please take any action sir.

I applied for Transcripts for WES on 3rd December 2021 and opted for the Urgent Mode. Despite paying the amount in full, the transcripts have not been sent yet. I have been calling and writing emails but all in vain. People in the university should not have phones, they are of no use as all the calls go unanswered. This is high unacceptable from a so called reputed university like this.

Currently i am a 3rd semester student awaiting to write my 3rd semester exams . However my college Avinash College of Commerce is demanding the students to pay 4th semester college fee even before we write our 3rd semester exams . I sincerely request you to consider this complain as we students are facing alot of pressure from the college which we see as not complient with the OU rules. Expecting a positive reply .

I tried paying my exam fee for 3rd semester on 26 December, it showed failed on EAF clg website two times but the amounts were debited from my bank account via UPI. I raised the issue with my bank and I got refund of one transaction of Rs1000 but not for second transaction which was also of amount Rs1000. Bank customer service said that Osmania University has refused the dispute and said that the transaction was correct so they won't refund it. Please refund my money.

Failing in main examinations, charging high amount for revaluation, and then passing with top grades.

desirable resolution : please correct the answer scripts of the students exactly on how they are written.

A small wrong steps of the correction committee can bring a big impact in students career.

WES with transcripts of my UG and PG has not been sent yet. On 24th Nov 2021, I selected urgent mode shipment to WES, Canada on https://online.osmaniaerp.com, and it's mentioned to be shipped by 7 days. To date, it is not shipped and it's been pending for 1.5 months. They have charged 3412 each for UG and PG which is Rs 7824. Such pathetic service is not expected from OU. Why have online services and there is no proper customer or student helpline. Why charge so much when you cant deliver?
