I am an alumni of Badruka College of Commerce (B.Com regular batch[protected] affiliated to Osmania University. I had applied for my transcripts to be sent directly to National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to give my CPA exams, in mid-July. However, NASBA has confirmed that the documents have not yet been received, even now after nearly 4 months! I had uploaded all the relevant documents and paid the required fees. When I try to track the status online, it gives me an error. I had called up multiple times and either did not get an answer, or the phone was switched off, or the concerned individuals told me that the only way to find out is by visiting the branch. When I asked about the email, he laughed at me for asking if writing an email would work. I had given my email and phone number while registering on the portal and yet have never been contacted for any additional information. I have written to multiple email IDs and the only department that responds is the registrar who keeps forwarding my email to the concerned department and gives me a bunch of phone numbers to call up and find out about my application. But when I call them up, none of those phone numbers are answered.
I find this to be unfair that I have adhered to everything outlined and have paid the transcript application fees and yet do not have a proper response. I don't know what else to do and how to proceed. My time is running out and NASBA has only given me until mid-November to submit my documents. I thought that the documents would reach them by now.
I just need them to tell me if there is anything else that I should be providing, and if so, how to provide them online as I do not live in India. My transcript application number is BC[protected] and my roll number is[protected]. I hope that this matter is considered with urgency and importance as my career depends on this.
