I am filing this complaint regarding the non-delivery of my Original Degree Certificate from Osmania University.
I applied for the certificate under the 'Normal Mode' on August 20, 2025. The official timeline for delivery was stated as "Issue in 25 Working Days + Postal delivery". However, it has now been nearly 4 months, and I have not yet received the document.
I have attempted to contact the university support channels multiple times, but the contact numbers provided are unreachable, and I have received no response to my queries.
This delay is causing a critical issue because the official receipt explicitly states: "The validity of the receipt is only for 6 months from the date of issue... After expiry... the candidate has to apply again with required fee.". Only two months of validity remain on my receipt. It is unacceptable that the University's administrative delay might force me to pay again for a service that was never rendered.
Furthermore, I require this certificate immediately for submission to my employer; this continued delay is jeopardizing my employment opportunities.
Resolution Requested: I request the immediate processing and dispatch of my Degree Certificate. I also demand that the 6-month expiry clause be waived in this instance due to the delay on the University's part.
