Osmania University — EAF not prepared even after successfull payment

Address: Basheer Bagh, Gun Foundry

I have paid the fee amount and the transaction was successful, but still the osmania epr site shows eaf not prepared,
Now i want to pay another time but the site has no option for preparing EAF from last 4 days. 28th is the last date.
This is the same problem every time every year every semester.
Can't they just issue a notice to pay amount only through ATM Card or netbanking ?
