Osmania University — online certification services of osmania university hyderabad

This is mariyammal ponnangan. I had applied for issue of b.com original degree certificate using the online services of osmania university (Managed by branch examination controller) on 4th 2018 april under 'urgent' mode but i haven't received any response from then inspite of following up on their emails ids ([protected]@osmania.ac.in, [protected]@gmail.com) and phone numbers listed[protected]/[protected]. As per their service norm i should have received it within 15days from the requested date. The receipt number for online payment is bc[protected] with order number[protected]t225311. Please help in getting this resolved. I want my certificate to be mailed as soon as possible to my address as mentioned in the application.
