Updated by omharinand why such hefty amount is charged by Srinidhi College BEd Ghatkesar for 1st semester students. Can OU explain this why NOC required for that student from 5 departments,
Exam dept,
There are Admission department,
Higher Education department,
Academic Department,
Audit Department.
and why a student has to pay the NOC charges, it should be settled between college and University directly.
