Osmania University — respected sir/madam i am complaining regarding the collecting of too much condonation in our college it is under osmania university

Respected sir/madam iam a student from swathi institute of technology and science, anajpur, near kothaguda, hayath nager, sir/madam the attendence percentage of ou board is minimum 65percent bt our college is concluding that minimum 75% they have collecting the very too much condonation even a single %was less they was collecting too much condonation up to 3500.2000 is the starting minimum condonation, sir plzz look after these problem. Even poor people was not able to pay the condonation
