I ordered four t-shirts from Osom.in on Feb 6 2023, with id #46812, for Rs. 2196 and haven't received them. The website claims they have shipped the same, but the tracking information (Tracking ID: SRTP[protected]) is incorrect, and the package is untraceable. All calls, emails ([protected]@osom.in), and WhatsApp (+91 [protected]) messages have gone unanswered.
As can be seen, this seems to be a typical behaviour of the company and is proof of wilful defrauding.
