Osom.in — Order not delivered and no response from customer care

I ordered a T-shirt from Osom.in on 3rd July and the product is not delivered yet. I tried reaching their customer support but there is no reply from them on call or email or whatsapp. The order on website is always saying processing but looking at the previous reviews I think this website is scamming people. I will ensure legal action against this company.
