I ordered a T-shirt from Osom.in on 3rd July and the product is not delivered yet. I tried reaching their customer support but there is no reply from them on call or email or whatsapp. The order on website is always saying processing but looking at the previous reviews I think this website is scamming people. I will ensure legal action against this company.

I placed an order of 4 x T-shirts
It's in processing from a long time. I have tried contacting via whatsapp, mail and phone. No response.

This is fraud website and you can already see lot of pupil have been victim..

I ordered 2 t shirts costing almost 1200 on 14th april which was supposed to deliver on 22 april...and the strange thing is there is no way you can contact them

The mobile number on website is fake ..no one picks up ever...the email id is just one way communication with no response

Apparently the founder of this website is having profile in linkedin and goes by the name of vinod pillai who is running this scam...they fool people by advertising heavily on facebook and Instagram

I should have been better informed not to trust these fake websites...please ensure that govt takes strict action against this website and track down the owner...It is a shame that this website still exists and is running.

They are having best business model and what laughable is government dont so anything.

I ordered four t-shirts from Osom.in on Feb 6 2023, with id #46812, for Rs. 2196 and haven't received them. The website claims they have shipped the same, but the tracking information (Tracking ID: SRTP[protected]) is incorrect, and the package is untraceable. All calls, emails ([protected]@osom.in), and WhatsApp (+91 [protected]) messages have gone unanswered.

As can be seen, this seems to be a typical behaviour of the company and is proof of wilful defrauding.

I recently purchased a t-shirt from OSOM.in that features both Tintin and Stranger Things and I was so impressed by the quality of the product. The design is unique and the print quality is fantastic. The fabric is soft and comfortable, making it perfect for all day wear. I love the fact that OSOM.in offers such a wide variety of designs from some of the coolest anime and pop culture franchises. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from now on.

I was hesitant to order from OSOM.in after reading some negative reviews, but I am so glad I took a chance. The t-shirt I received was o[censored]nbeatable quality and the design was just as described. I will definitely be ordering again!

Had ordered t-shirts on osom.in. Their website shows order confirmation and shipping confirmation and even a tracking id. However, nothing is received after 2 weeks, while their commitment is 2-5 business days. No one picks on the phone number listed and there is no response to email. I see other complaints on similar lines... So looks like the company is a fraud and only out to loot innocent people. The authorities should take note of this and remove their website and also put our sufficient notices on social media and regular media about this company.

Osom.in is a website that says that it sells t shirts and other merchandises, The only payment method they accept is online payment and UPI.
After the payment is completed, They do not deliver their products
Their customer care is totally unresponsive
they neither check the emails a customer sends nor the complaints that are send at their whatsapp number, even though they ask us to contact them in case of any problem using those above mentioned methods

They have acted in a similar way with a lot of people before me
They have been looting peoples money for a long time
And i am not the only one who has fallen prey to heir traps

Several other ahve and several others will as well in the future

i request you to take down that website as soon as possible and take necessary steps against its owner

I ordered a t-shirt from the website www.osom.in costing rs.599. The order number is "order 65447 osom" and i have received the email confirmation for the same. However, a week later i got a confirmation that it was delivered and i never received it. I sent 3 email complaints which went unanswered.

Now the account has withdrawn my order history too. I have the email confirmation and the mails i have sent.

Kindly help!
