[Resolved]  OSRTC Bus Service — bus is out of order while travelling from berhampur to chitrakmonda

Dear sir,
I am subhakanta behera one of the passangers of osrtc on 31/12/2018. I was travelling from berhampur to chitrakonda on 31/12/2018. I had made online ticket. The pnr no. Of the ticket is[protected], and trip code bam26 departure time was 9 p. M.

But unfortunately the said bus is out of order at koraput due to some engine problem. So i had to get down from the bus. I requested the conductor to refund my rest amount to travel my further jouney to reach my destination. But the conductor denied to give me and told you have to lodge the complain through online for getting money as you have made online ticket.
