OSRTC Bus Service — Ticket Booking Issue

Dear Team,

I would like to bring to your attention an issue observed in your online ticket booking system.

While booking a female-designated seat in a 2x2 seat format, the adjoining seat is not being restricted for booking by female passengers only.
This allows passengers of any gender to book the adjacent seat, which can cause discomfort and awkwardness for female travelers who have opted for a designated female seat.

I request you to kindly review and rectify this issue at the earliest.
The system should ideally ensure that when a female seat is booked, the adjacent seat is automatically restricted or reserved for female passengers only, to maintain comfort and safety for all travelers.

I hope this concern will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
