[Resolved] Ehealthmart.in — Payment issue | |
Hello, I am Smrutimaya Mohanty, tried to purchase the Equinox Weighing machine for Rs 1499 from the website Ehealthmart.in on 30th Oct 2012. When I tried to do the payment using my HDFC bank credit card, the transaction succeeded but I didn't get the order number. I got the sms from HDFC bank that money has been debited. Still I waited till the statement date to get a confirmation. I got the payment details on my statement too i.e. on 5th Nov 2012. As I have used 3 Months EMI, it's coming every month at Rs 499 each. I have already made payment for 1 month. Still these fraud website people say that, they can't confirm the payment. I have already sent them 10 emails with my statements screenshots but still no response. I have already made payment of first installment, what other proof they need. It has been a frustrating experience so far and unfortunately it's listed in Junglee.com - a sister company of Amazon.com. How can they list such fraud, cheaters on their website. Their company is listed as M-BANTOM Laboratories as per the bank. I am attaching 2 screenshots of my credit card statements Oct and Nov 2012. Both the statements show 2 EMI. I am going to pay EMIs after EMIs and they still need proof. Now please help me in getting my money back. I don't need any product from them and I won't recommend anybody to buy any product from ehealthmart.in and think twice before shopping in Junglee.com Again requesting a quick action from your side.
