1. The company the pure product development (Erp) company and not the project based company,
As a fresher or a public please try to understand what is a project based company and what is the product based company.
2. The company never asked rs. From anyone at any point of time.
3. When the company interviewed, as a start-up company, the company looked for limited candidates (Less than 5) so that the company can pay the salary on-time.
4. Its a small company started with less than 5 employees organization. The company started small and aimed big.
Even before the company's name got finalized, the company got a oral commitment from the customer, then we named the comapny and got genuine purchase order from our customer.
5. Being the selected candidates are freshers, the company trained them in the manufacturing domain, trading domain. Viz.. How a manufacturing business will happen. The company have completely trained them in c#.Net, ms-sql server and crystal reports. When the company employed the candidates, they didn't know what is crystal reports, what for it is being used. They didn't know what is industrial domain.
06. On the otherhand the company have trained our employees on, what is an erp, what are the modules that
Makes an erp, how each data are interlinked, what is bill of material, what is purchase order,
What is production planning, what is a sales forecast, what is (Mrp) material requirement planing, what is stock, what is reserved qty, what is allocated qty, what is tax, what is excise duty, what is different types of taxes, what is bill of entry, what is bill of sales, what are the staturtory reports, how to implement everything in application development and how to integrate, what are the validations and where to put validatiaons in the application.
07. The company trained the freshers even to test, what is test cases, what is use cases, what is validation, in an even driven programming,
08. For such training also the company never asked any payments. Because its a part of organizational activity.
09. Our moto is to build a world class erp with export quality.
10. Can any fresher know these topics? The company have trained our employees in such a way, they should become a erp-consultant / a tecno-fuctional consultant rather than just software engineer.

So as an entrepunor / for a started company, there are so many responsibilities and visions like, to organize more demos, more mailers to get customers, to meet administrative activities, case studies / sucess stories writing, managing the existing customer (S) with prompt and quality deliverables, to fill the gap between a fresh programmers mindset and an experienced customer's expectation.
12. The company have sent/taken our employees to the customer's manufacturing unit itself, they did system study, analysis, development and implementation along with the project head. The fresh employees have been given opportunity to directly talk / communicate (Through email, skype and direct) to the customers and implement the software.
13. When the company got a purchase order the company got it from eleclronics motherboard manufacturing company, so our erp comprises of shop floor system as well with the component level tracebility feature.
14. Our employees got a full functional knowledge at the client place of how a mother board getting manufactured and what are all process at each and every stage, and if a board or material is got rejected next which stage the board suppose to be routed, to undergo fix and quality testing. Basically implementing routing in erp.
15. Even today the product is ready for a open demo to anybody to the level what the company have developed and implemented at client site. To implement this erp at all the locations, our customer purchased more than 20 computers and installed at the shop floor alone.
16. With limited employees and handling such a big erp application, is bit difficult, i hope the readers can understand.
17. As a start up organization, with lot of confident and strong vision on the deliverables, the company have not much concentrated on how to protect the source code. The company were busy with meeting our customer's requirement.
18. At one point of time, the company found our source code is leaking out using media (S), (As, most of the time the management spent with client to meet the requirement, so the company not in a position to think and the company don't have time to think on software / source code protection with our busy schedule). Then one fine day the company understood the source code leakage, and the company have decided to operate on our own with one or two trusted employees with us. So the company downsized the team. Then our concentration turned to protect our source code as well.
19. With so-much of responsibilties with the founder/entrepunor, the company left with minimal time to concentrate on marketting front. So the company struggled to pay a month or two to the existing employees. Then the company asked our rest of the employees to quit, by telling them, the company don't have sufficient funds to pay salary.
20. The company provided experience certificates through our official email id to the trusted employees. The company have a copy with us in our sent items.
21. Till today, the founder is managing the time to support the existing customer.
21. Till today the company have not received any money from anybody for employing, as our motto is build a world class erp,
This can be achieved, by teaching and providing adequate training to the team of employees.
Even after providing with so much of domain and technical and real time customer experience to the employees and time investment, the company feel a pain in our heart, with the above comment.
22. The company don't have any employees with us from the day the company asked to quit the employees till today.

Still the company silently building the product with mobile integration (Android), as our product has to integrate with the electronic mother board testing machines and these machines are running on linux environment. Our erp is with windows environment, the company planning to capture (Using scanning) those serial numbers of the product using mobile device and send the out put through mid level layer. Throgh service, the company planning to capture the data from mid-level layer and to import in database.
24. For these, it requires focus, determination, dedication and honest efforts. With these the company trust, the company can build and provide best product out of our experience.

Ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions) are collecting money from joiners stating that providing jobs, providing real time (Live) projects but they have only dummy projects and dummy company.
Now i will explain points which ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions).
1. Its not an registered company then how can ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions) say purely product development company!!!. (If it’s a product based company show the iso number even a small start up companies have an iso number!!!). As public or fresher’s try to understand the point.
2. Its not a company then how can people expect salary from a training institute for product development (Please display iso number and registration id in website & clients) they will not pay any salary to employees, please refer the link to the http://plus. 3. Ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions) has only basic computers then how can public and fresher’s can expect training on point number 6 which training institute has mentioned in updates.
4. Ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions) can’t use word (The company) at any point of view being a computer training school.
Dear public and fresher’s, please go through all background of the company before joining there are lot of fraud companies which offers you a job exchanging with money (Back door entry) but companies are not genuine. The above mentioned points shows the ram erp solutions (Saroram erp solutions) fraud.
I accept sk711922 complaint. Even i had same experience which he has faced.
